We had a poorly designed shower and a minor leak through the grout that Kelly and his dad came and inspected. Not only did they give us the most reasonable estimate, but they provided us with the most insightful service we've had. Every step of the way they explained what needed to be done. Being detail oriented in construction isn't always a given. From the walls, to the tile, to the repaint and beyond Kelly is a professional. They allowed us to reuse our original shower door and replaced just about everything else for a beautifully redone shower without any additional work from us. They extended the cement waterproof paneling outside the shower door to be safe, relined our wood flooring since water had gotten under, repainted and resurfaced the adjacent walls, and improved the overall structure and design of our shower. Even when they hit hiccups due to our house being old, they took care of everything and reassured us. Generally, personalized care isn't given in general contracting. It's usually about completing a job. While I understand that aspect, having someone like Kelly and his dad to ask questions to when you're spending a fairly large amount of money gives you the confidence to spend and know you'll get what you paid for. I'm certain if we have any other upgrade ideas we'll be going to Kelly again.

Femur Construction has done multiple jobs at my residents. Just recently Mr. Bousquet replaced my garbage disposal/faucet. Before that job Mr. Bousquet remolded my daughters bathroom he put in new sinks, toilet, shower tile and doors. I would highly recommend him! Mr. Bousquet also took the time to explain to me what needed to be down, he was able to get it down in a timely matter.

My mother injured herself and we were in need of a wheelchair ramp at the entrance of her home. We needed the ramp done before she got home (expedited service needed). Not only did they get it done fast but they were able to add stairs, a railing as well as the ramp. All for an affordable price. Not to mention they always kept the work area clean. Very impressed.
