I don’t even know where to begin. We got referred by an NP in Springfield, Mo. we saw Dr. Simckes and Deanna at our very first visit October 1st of this year. Throughout the entire process they have all been so amazing to work with. My husband and I did not think it was possible for us to have any kids. Our first time seeing Dr. Simckes he brought the hope back that we needed. We did IVF with them and did a fresh transfer and it was successful and we have 4 other frozen babes with them! Jordan our nurse was also very kind and attentive for our transfer and egg retrieval. I developed late OHSS and Dr. Simckes was simply amazing. He was calling and texting me to check on me periodically when he was on vacation and not even in town. He truly cares about his patients and it shows deeply. Words cannot express how thankful we are for Dr. Simckes. We tried for two years to have a baby. Finally met with Fertility Partnership in early October and by Thanksgiving we were pregnant. Dr. Simckes and Samantha are awesome! They have made this entire process feel easy. I had a coordinator Samantha assigned to me that I could text or call if I had any questions. She was always super sweet and helpful. Dr. Simckes always makes an awkward or uncomfortable situation funny. And tries to keep cost down any which way he can. We qualified for invocell. Which took way less time and way less money. But we’re crazy successful because of him. We can’t thank his team enough for everything they have done. Our transfer was Thursday. And we were able to freeze a total of 6 very good quality eggs. This was huge for me after the diagnosis of endometriosis and pcos. Both my Fallopian tubes were both unusable. At the recommendation of a friend of a friend who had a successful IVF outcome with Fertility partnership we set up a consult with their office as well as another fertility clinic in the area. The staff at our first clinic were nice, but I immediately felt like Fertility Partnership was the place for us. We discussed our options and chances for success at the end of 2022 and started the whole process right away early in 2023. Dr. Simckes is great; he's confident and experienced, honest and direct, and was able to make me smile and laugh at so many of my appointments - which I appreciated while going through such an emotional and sometimes stressful journey. Dr. Simckes performs all of the ultrasounds and procedures. We were provided schedules for bloodwork and medicines that were easy to understand. The IVF and FET coordinators were amazing in answering all of my questions and keeping me sane throughout the whole process. Deanna, our IVF coordinator, was amazing. She kept us informed and prepared and definitely went above and beyond what I expected in support. Dainelle was our FET coordination and was just as great - always available and clear on what to expect! We completed our IVF cycle May 2023 and it was the best decision we ever made. I gave birth to our precious baby early 2024. I highly recommend Fertility Partnership -- I've referred friends here and we plan to come back again for IVF next year! Less

Dr.Simckes and his team is awesome and we can't be thankful enough for his team. Our struggle to become parents is long due with multiple natural miscarriages and fewer IVF failures through other facilities. We had drained physiologically, mentally & financially after going through a lot and then we came to know about Dr.Simckes through google. We have reached out to him to see what’s going on and what are our options. The first time we met the doctor, he spoke to us like we were some old friends.😃 We instantly felt the positive vibes and connection which is very important for us to start this IVF journey again. He sat with us, talked to us, understood our history, did the necessary tests and gave us hope that we can become parents. we decided to go with his suggestion and do one last IVF cycle. I would like to highlight that he is the one who found the balanced translocation issue (chromosomal abnormality) in my husband's chromosome karyotype, which gave the answer to our prior miscarriages. Then based on his recommendation, we went to 2 rounds of IVF retrieval process (with 3 months gap and to have enough good embryos). We did our 1st FET transfer in September and got positive result. Soon we are going to be parents. Words can't explain this emotion we are feeling now. 🫶 We would like to thank Dr.Simckes and his entire office team, who was very professional, friendly, knowledgeable and supportive. It was really great to see everyone-I really appreciate the encouragement to sit in the massage chair too! I've seen Dr. Simckes for 20 years, beginning with my second pregnancy. He was the first doctor to order relevant testing, diagnose, and even to believe what has turned out to be a very complex medical situation that I live with. In addition to being down to earth and relatable, I have to say that his ability as a diagnostician is really impressive, and set the trajectory for me to pursue the specialists that I have to see regularly to manage my rare condition. Washington University Genetics, and the Mayo Clinic Jacksonville confirmed what Dr. Simckes realized, and this has literally extended my life. I'm forever grateful for his expertise and true caring. The fact that Dr. Simckes has always responded personally, during emergencies I've encountered is so appreciated-especially since I've experienced otherwise in dealing with medical complexity. My husband and I are LOVING Fertility Partnership. We came here in March ‘24 looking for answers as to why we weren’t getting pregnant. We had answers after our first appointment and quickly began medication. We ended up needing to do IVF and the process has been so smooth. The nurses and Dr. Simckes do a great job explaining everything. They walk you through every single step. They are always available and willing to answer/help with any question. Deanna was our nurse for our IVF/egg retrieval process and she was incredible. There were many times I was trying to figure out a dosage or was just unsure and Deanna was just a text/phone call away. Since we’re doing an FET, we have a new nurse named Sydney and she is also incredible. She knows all of our information and is up to speed on our files, even though she hasn’t been my nurse the whole time. The office staff is so kind and welcoming as well. They greet you with a friendly face and do what they can to help make you feel comfortable. I truly can’t say enough great things about Fertility Partnership and our experience here!!!
