We went to three other clinics before deciding on Fertility Partnership. What stood out immediately was our quirky genius, Dr Simckes. He’s as authentic and knowledgeable as they come. He does every ultrasound, not some random tech, and develops a genuine rapport. He’s open to suggestions and is very collaborative. Then we have the amazing support staff! I can’t say enough good things about everyone on the team! The women who did my vitals, front desk, financial, blood work, stims, labs, FET, anesthesia, and OB-all phenomenal, all ready to answer questions (no matter how many and how annoying). I began seeing Dr. Simckes in October 2025. We originally were going to try IUI again, but given some medical history and concerns, we wanted to move forward with IVF/Invocell. Being a bigger woman, Dr. Simckes didn’t turn me away, rather he gave me the tools I needed to lose enough weight to undergo IVF/Invocell. In 2 months, I was able to lose roughly 25 pounds and be a part of the December group. We retrieved 22 eggs, 15 were mature and put in the Invocell device. We then were able to get 7 healthy embryos! We implanted 1 and I am 13 weeks pregnant. When other doctors turned me away, Dr. Simckes took a chance on me. I will never be able to thank him and his office enough for allowing us to complete our family. Thank you, Dr. S!

I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Simckes and this practice in general. He really showed me so much love and compassion through this. He Really cares and wants you to conceive. I am from Georgia and it was worth the drive for me to be able to have the opportunity to do IVF through him. My coordinator Lindsay was also great. She dealt with all my questions and concerns very well. I had a TON of questions. I would recommend him to anyone. Thank you all so much for helping my dreams come true.

Dr. Simckes and his team are absolutely wonderful. We went in for a consultation on November 4th to learn more about the Invocell device, and from the very beginning, Dr. Simckes made us feel completely at ease. He explained everything in clear, layman’s terms and even cracked a few jokes along the way — which my husband and I truly appreciated. We felt comfortable, heard, and genuinely cared for.I’ve been to other fertility clinics where I left feeling like just another number, but that was never the case at Fertility Partnership. During our consultation, I happened to be ovulating, and Dr. Simckes told me that if I were to become pregnant naturally, he would care for me through 8 weeks just as he would an IVF patient. And that is exactly what happened.After 10 years of infertility, I became pregnant naturally. Dr. Simckes immediately ordered my bloodwork, and we received the news on Christmas Eve — a moment we will never forget.I truly cannot say enough good things about Dr. Simckes. He is one of those rare doctors who genuinely cares about his patients — not just the procedures or the financial side of fertility treatment. We are beyond grateful.

I cannot express how thankful my husband and I are for everything Dr. Simckes and his staff did for us. We tried to conceive on our own for 2 years then looked into fertility treatments in early 2024. Between my PCOS and one of my fallopian tubes being blocked, it truly felt like a baby was going to be impossible for us, and I felt like my body was failing me. Dr. Simckes is direct and will not sugar-coat what he thinks will work best for you, and will always explain the "why" behind his recommendations, but he is always nice about it and has a great sense of humor. He will always try to make you laugh because he knows how stressful and difficult it can be for his patients. With my blocked tube, he originally recommended going straight to IVF, but after asking if there was any way we could start with IUI first since it was cheaper and we didn't have the money at the time for IVF, he agreed to let us try the standard 3 rounds of IUI and then move to IVF. We ended up moving to IVF, but I wouldn't have changed a thing. I feel like the meds and prep for IUI helped prepare me for the intensity of the meds, shots, and process for egg retrieval and transfer for IVF. Dr. Simckes staff was always amazing; Dash, Danielle, and Deanna were wonderful IUI & IVF coordinators and were available around the clock. Everyone makes sure you fully understand what's going on every step of the way. Dr. Simckes did recommend some weight loss in order to improve the chances of success with our first embryo transfer, which I did (and he was very kind in his approach about it), and that combined with our first IVF embryo transfer, we were successful and welcomed our baby girl into the world in July 2025. We are from the STL area but moved 5 hours away some years ago, but every late night drive home or there, and the countless days staying with loved ones, was worth every bit of it. Once we were released back to our OB after week 9 of pregnancy, we began to miss this place because the care was unmatched. I will always recommend them to everyone and anyone based on my experience.

Dr. Simckes is amazing and his team is so professional. They made the whole process seem so easy☺️ i would highly recommend anybody to use him and his team if you’re planning to start a family!
