Dr.Simckes and his team is awesome and we can't be thankful enough for his team. Our struggle to become parents is long due with multiple natural miscarriages and fewer IVF failures through other facilities. We had drained physiologically, mentally & financially after going through a lot and then we came to know about Dr.Simckes through google. We have reached out to him to see what’s going on and what are our options. The first time we met the doctor, he spoke to us like we were some old friends.😃 We instantly felt the positive vibes and connection which is very important for us to start this IVF journey again. He sat with us, talked to us, understood our history, did the necessary tests and gave us hope that we can become parents. we decided to go with his suggestion and do one last IVF cycle. I would like to highlight that he is the one who found the balanced translocation issue (chromosomal abnormality) in my husband's chromosome karyotype, which gave the answer to our prior miscarriages. Then based on his recommendation, we went to 2 rounds of IVF retrieval process (with 3 months gap and to have enough good embryos). We did our 1st FET transfer in September and got positive result. Soon we are going to be parents. Words can't explain this emotion we are feeling now. 🫶 We would like to thank Dr.Simckes and his entire office team, who was very professional, friendly, knowledgeable and supportive. It was really great to see everyone-I really appreciate the encouragement to sit in the massage chair too! I've seen Dr. Simckes for 20 years, beginning with my second pregnancy. He was the first doctor to order relevant testing, diagnose, and even to believe what has turned out to be a very complex medical situation that I live with. In addition to being down to earth and relatable, I have to say that his ability as a diagnostician is really impressive, and set the trajectory for me to pursue the specialists that I have to see regularly to manage my rare condition. My husband and I are LOVING Fertility Partnership. We came here in March ‘24 looking for answers as to why we weren’t getting pregnant. We had answers after our first appointment and quickly began medication. We ended up needing to do IVF and the process has been so smooth. The nurses and Dr. Simckes do a great job explaining everything. They walk you through every single step. They are always available and willing to answer/help with any question. Deanna was our nurse for our IVF/egg retrieval process and she was incredible. There were many times I was trying to figure out a dosage or was just unsure and Deanna was just a text/phone call away. Since we’re doing an FET, we have a new nurse named Sydney and she is also incredible. She knows all of our information and is up to speed on our files, even though she hasn’t been my nurse the whole time. The office staff is so kind and welcoming as well. They greet you with a friendly face and do what they can to help make you feel comfortable. I truly can’t say enough great things about Fertility Partnership and our experience here!!! Nothing but great things to say about Dr. Simckes and his team at Fertility Partnership! Our story is a little unconventional because we were dealing with primarily male factor infertility. We had gone to a local urologist who wanted to charge us $15,000 to do a TESE surgery. I had read online that Dr. Simckes was the cheapest for IVF and he could do a TEFNA procedure for $1,500. He sat us both down and explained it wasn't a guarantee but we would give it our best shot. We did not get the results we wanted. But we were able to work with the embryologist team to get donor sperm shipped from California to create our embryos. The nurses and coordinators were all great! They will answer any question no matter how silly it sounds. They even left it up to us if we wanted to come in for another ultrasound before graduating to my OB or not. We couldn't be happier with the care we have received here and will definitely be back for siblings! Less

Dr. Simckes and all of his staff are always so nice, happy, and encouraging. You can definitely tell that they are in this practice because they want to help people to have families and not for the money. I am not from the area but do not have any clinics close, so I have to travel. I had went to another fertility clinic in the STL area where I had done 3 rounds of IVF and my transfers were unsuccessful 2 years prior. I found Dr. Simckes because I wanted to have ovarian prp done so I went to his clinic to talk with him and have it done. I immediately liked him and what he had to say and liked his plan for me. I trusted him to do two more rounds of IVF where I have had more success with him at 34/35 years old than I did at 31/32 with my old clinic. I highly recommend him and his staff.
