If you’re new to red light therapy or want to learn more about it, this is the place to be. Amy was very informative about the red light and benefit plans that can coincide with its use. The actual service was easy, comfortable, and relaxing! I experienced some fat loss, better sleep, and more energy. I hope my mitochondria are becoming more healthy, as well. I recently went through the Blueprint Gut Health program which lasted for 5 months. The initial cost was steep but in the end I thought it was worth the price since the outcome was what I hoped for and needed. I have several health struggles including an autoimmune disease which I need to learn to manage. In the 5 month program I lost 25 lbs, tamed the asthma symptoms, lowered my blood pressure and maintained a normal fasting blood sugar. Everything isn't cured but I can report that I'm in better shape with less pain and more energy. I won't deny that it took a great deal of will-power to just say "no" to tempting food but in the end the perceived self-denial has made a significant difference in my quality of life.
