Today I had my initial service with Romex. Technician Daniel arrived and explained everything he was going to do. He listened to my concerns and made sure to address each one. Id like to give Romex a 5 rating but only time will tell if the treatments and scheduling perform at that level as the contract continues. I will be sure to update the rating after a few more appointments. Hopefully all the techs are as professional as Daniel
