I have recently started this meal service and I AM SO HAPPY! the food is healthy, yummy, and I do not have to worry about cooking. 10/10 recommend.

We have really been enjoying ordering meal prep from PPN the past several months. We have been undergoing renovations in our house and are without a kitchen to cook. This has been a godsend to help us eat healthy meals without breaking the bank on take out. Such a life saver for us in this busy season of our lives.
On top of that, the meals are all truly delicious! Great selection of items week to week and is a really satisfying portion. 100% better than the mail order meal delivery programs. Everything is made fresh the couple days before you receive it.

I learned about PPN earlier this year through my gym and I’m so thankful I did! I place a weekly order to cover my lunch meals and the occasional dinner meal (for when I don’t have the time or energy to put something together on my own). The meals are perfectly portioned (the company name doesn’t lie) but are also DELICIOUS. The meals are always interesting and new so you never get bored with what’s on the menu. I’m always left feeling full even though the meals are only between 300 and 500 calories. I also love the breakfast options - the protein pancakes are such a nice treat that I don’t feel guilty indulging in.
