I was recommended this service by my dietician. It’s important for me to stay on track but occasionally I’m railroaded by lack of motivation to prepare meals. I eventually decided to try the service. It’s incredible. I opted for pickup which was very easy and no contact (although if you need assistance pickup is located in an establishment). They do offer delivery for a fee. I ordered soup, two meals, and a salad. The food was “perfectly portioned” and really packed with flavor while also keeping the macros in balance. Masterfully created. Prices were reasonable, about what you would pay for a fast food meal - so for me an easy reallocation of funds. Picked up my first order from the Gravity Fitness location yesterday and the process was seamless! There has been superb costumer service and communication via text since I signed up for my subscription. Just tried my first meal last night (Chicken Pot Pie) and it was absolutely delicious. Tasted like it was cooked with love right here in my kitchen! The portions are a bit on the smaller side - so that could be good or not great depending on ones goals with their caloric intake. Best premade meal option I have tried! I've done hellofresh, I've done CleanEatz, I've done Peach of a Party, I feel like I've done all the premade meal options and usually if they are tasty, they are not very good for me, and if they are good for me, they taste awful. Perfectly Portioned Nutrition was recommended to me by my nutritionist because I struggle with finding the time and energy to meal prep, and the food is SO GOOD! SO GOOD!
