My boy has an ABI and we have had the pleasure of working with many of the therapists.I can honestly say that a bad choice cannot be made when selecting a therapist at this location, however given the timeline my son has been here, I feel it only fair to focus on the two people my boy has been with the longest, and therefor have made the largest impact.The common thread with Keiri Porter and Sheryl Jean is that their jobs are not jobs to them. They take their clients progress very personally and I would challenge someone not to become friends with either. Both Sheryl and Keiri are incredible in their own rights but very similar with regard to their unwavering dedication and clear results.Keiri worked with my son from almost immediately after the accident which gave him his ABI. He wasn’t able to walk at that point and he to re learn. The ingenuity, creativity and absolute refusal to quit is what defines Keiri IMO. I can’t with any accuracy recall all of the different approaches she used and all of the issues she solved. My boy walks today just fine and IMO Keiri is largely responsible for that statement. She is a kind, warm and obviously brilliant person who is a model as to what a physiotherapist should be IMO. My son has had several different physiotherapists due to this or that over the years. None hold a candle to Keiri - she is remarkable.Sheryl had an equally challenging time with my son. For reference, when he was assessed at Holland Bloorview, he wasn’t able to stack two blocks with his right hand as his ABI impacted his fine motor skills significantly. Fast forward to about 2 years ago and I will never forget seeing his cursive handwriting book. My son, who couldn’t stack 2 blocks, had writing so pristine that it was nearly indistinguishable from the example questions. This became a point of pride for my boy and Sheryl used this to extrapolate pride in other areas. I’m sure anyone reading this with a child who has challenges understands how paramountly important pride is in our kids that face so much adversity. Much like Keiri, it is clear in the first 20 seconds of speaking with Sheryl that this is a person who is brilliant and who takes tremendous personal pride in what she does. So many aspects of my sons life that no one would think about have been vastly improved by Sheryl. He can wear pants with buttons, he can button up dress shirts, he can tie his shoe laces, but also he has learned to strategize when he has an issue and doesn’t give up when things gets difficult. I attribute my sons persistence to his character, but I absolutely attribute the skill set and ability to Sheryl’s incredible work.I am admittedly bias and realize it more and more as I write this review, but I would challenge any parent who has been with this company for any length of time - whom I am sure have seen similar results in their children - to write an unbiased review.A huge part of my sons recovery can be attributed to Butterfly and the incredibly skilled and caring therapists that occupy that building. I am admittedly bias as to my opinion, however the “proof is in the pudding” and my son is living a fuller life as a cause - so I may be bias, but I am absolutely not wrong. Less

They have suggested activities in the community and helping decide on extra curricular activities like skiing and swimming.
