We attended the dog training classes in Horley, and what a difference they’ve made. Our previously distracted terrier now follows commands with focus. The trainer’s methods were straightforward and effective, and the sessions were enjoyable for both us and our dog.

We have really benefited from the 1:1 puppy classes as Winnie is a lively but very nervous puppy. Its the small changes in my approach that will make her more relaxed. Ronnie has been absolutely amazing with our dog Polar. Went with my son n his 7month old puppy for a session last week and well 37minutes into the session she was a different pup!! No lead biting or jumping at the lead not pulling towards distractions. Great dog trainer and we now know where to go if we have any other issues highly recommend

I’m just going to start by saying, Ronnie at K9 Greatness is just brilliant, and here’s why. I started taking my Labrador puppy to group training sessions when she was 18 weeks old. She was really reactive to other dogs, would leap all over them, just constantly wanting to play, even when they didn’t want to, so I thought a group setting with other dogs would be the perfect way to learn how to combat this, along with some general obedience training, as the trainer would see first hand what I was dealing with and hopefully help me to overcome it. We spent 5 weeks, 1 hour a week going to this group setting. After 5 weeks I saw no improvement at all no matter how much training I did at home, trying to implement all the little tricks I’m being taught, giving her treat after treat, practically bribing her to do what I wanted, but she was still in charge of me whilst out for walks and at home. I thought she was a real life Marley and me and I’d just have to deal with the fact she just wasn’t going to learn. Then, I contacted K9 Greatness. I explained to Ronnie what I’d done so far, I even said good luck with her, I think she’s beyond hope!!(which I now obviously feel stupid for saying) because within minutes of meeting Ronnie for our first session it felt like I was watching someone else’s dog. He explained to me that what I had been taught previously was that I’m giving her treats and rewarding her in the hope she’ll do what I want, but he showed me how to get her to do what I want, and then reward her. At the end of our first hour it felt like that wasn’t my Phoebe sitting nicely, walking nicely on the lead, I honestly could not believe I was watching my dog, I booked up a block of 6 sessions immediately. I can now go for walks with Phoebe and actually enjoy it, rather than having that feeling of dread that we’re going to see another dog and she’s going to pull my arm off to get to it, she now walks by my side and I’ve got her full attention. She is honestly a completely different dog since I started taking her to Ronnie. The sessions are fun, I’ve taken my kids along and he’s got them involved in her training too. I was then taught how to stop her pulling on the lead (yes it was me who needed teaching). Next session we worked on the barking, licking etc., incorporating positive reinforcement, and setting boundaries. In the end, my front door was open wide; she was sitting on the stairs; dogs, people, cars and noises outside were not bothering her. Before this; she would have been barking, and would have made a dash for freedom. Ronnie continues to give me the skills to help ‘Pumpkin’ become a really content, obedient, and happy dog. After one session the difference in our Frenchie is amazing. It was great to gain more understanding on how we can control our pup and make him less reactive towards other dogs and people. Car journeys are a nightmare. I have no recall at all. He cannot be offlead, he runs for the hills. Ronnie has given me some really good advice and demonstrated techniques that I could use that have worked for us. On our first session he actually watched, engaged and cared about what was happening outside. Something no one else had done up till then. We are very early days and training has just begun but I can actually walk my for short walks in my road, and it's pleasurable. I'm looking forward to the next changes. Ronnie is not only a dog trainer he is a dog owner trainer, kind, open, non judgemential. Ronnie is an awesome guy. Had our first session with him today: he was calm, clear and patience with our pup (and us!). We saw a change in our dog within the first 10minutes. With his guidance, we were able to achieve the same results ourselves. Ronnie is an awesome guy. Had our first session with him today: he was calm, clear and patience with our pup (and us!). We saw a change in our dog within the first 10minutes. With his guidance, we were able to achieve the same results ourselves. Absolute miracle worker!!! We thought we were beyond help with our 6 year old beagle but Ronnie was amazing with her and teaching us to gain her respect, trust & love! My 1 year old spaniel Reggie was very fearful of people coming into the house and he would bark and growl at anyone that enter my home I also struggled with walk Reggie without him pulling on the lead. I took my anxious / nervous beagle today to have our 1st session with Ronnie. By the end of the hour she was walking to heel, giving eye contact and also walking in a calmer manner around the pretend dog (sorry can’t remember the name of the teddy). He answered all of my questions and is very knowledgeable.

In our first session with Ronnie we learnt so much, he is very calm and knows exactly what he is talking about. He has given me confidence and hope. Within the hour Ronnie had gained Eddie’s full respect and was Eddie was performing so well to commands. We look forward to our next session. Would highly recommend Ronnie and his great work.

I've heard about Ronnie from k9 greatness a few times and messaged him first thing in the morning in need of desperate help with my siberian husky I left her to goto work and had to come back due to a call fr
