On my second order I was looking for a unique humidor for a friend and emailed these guys. Juan said give him a call anytime. I couldn't believe a customer can still call someone to help ! I ordered a killer 100 ct. Humidor with Graffiti on it. Wish I could post it but I didn't think it would come boxed so incredible tight in this heavy black box with Velvet inside. Plus the packaging and bag that comes with my Java's & Fuentes were packed with a great deal of care. Huge box and bubble wrap galore.I'm certainly a novice so I appreciated the customer service and 0 rush to help me the whole time. If you want to talk to a real person and get the best packaging for a gift OR yourself give these guys one order and see what I'm talking about. Badass Stuff.. Thx Dino
