They did duct cleaning in July 22. I trusted them and didn't check that vents are actually cleaned or not. just look at this vent. its how I found it. Edit 1. Answer to your reply. The worst!!!! Cold air vent in basement was missing a cap, when they used pressurized air to clean, the mess went all over basement and they never cleaned it up. also shavings of aluminum left all over the floor where my kids play .

If you think it is a liability to do just what a customer is paying for, then issue a waiver of that liability and let the customer decide if they want more service or not and free your self from any liabilities. Don't just go ahead doing more and sending a huge bill

Bought a Groupon for Just In Time Furnace for Duct cleaning. We live rural, just outside of Okotoks, which on the Groupon it states they service Okotoks. The service was booked and they attended our house to do the Duct Cleaning. Once it was completed the technician stated they couldn't accept the Groupon because we were outside Calgary. No where in the fine print did it say only within Calgary or even Okotoks for that matter. The technician went back to the office and the staff confirmed they wouldn't accept it. I have contacted Groupon and they have been attempting to reach them in relation to this and they are not responding. This is completely unprofessional and appalling on business standards. If they don't accept outside of Calgary for the Groupon it should state as such and secondly, the staff shouldn't have told us that we would just pay mileage for the rural location. My experience from Just in Time Furnace is top notch from installation to maintenance. I would recommend them for any furnace and AC needs. My first experience with them was duct cleaning, furnace tune-up and AC maintenance back in 2019. The staff that worked on my house were professional, thorough and friendly. Based on my initial experience with them, I decided to move forward and got them to install a new Napoleon furnace in Oct 2021. Glenn came over and looked at my HVAC set-up and recommended the appropriate BTUs and blower size based on the size of my house. He didn't upsell me on items that were not needed. I had a few other quotes from other reputable HVAC shops and they were very cookie-cutter and tried to upsell items like a new humidifier, thermostat, etc. which weren't really needed. On top of that, Just in Time Furnace pricing was very competitive than the other shops. Mike and Adam did the install of the new furnace. They were very experienced in doing the install and completed it within 5 hours. They walked me through what they did for the install, which made me very confident that it was done well. They also did not leave a mess and the install was quite tidy. They gave me recommendations where to place the humidifier monitor to ensure the whole house is getting the right amount of moisture. There were issues with the humidifier but it got eventually fixed with no questions asked. The person that came by to fix the humidifier (I forgot his name), came by a couple times to get the humidifier working. I had to buy a new part for it and it worked fine. He even suggest to not connect it to the NEST thermostat because it may not work properly. I had some issues with vibrations of the furnace during start-up after a couple of months since the furnace parts started to settle. I had Chas (one of their senior guys..20 yrs of experience if I am not mistaken) come out a few times trying to diagnose and fix the issue. With his "know-how" and due diligence he was able to fix the vibration. He was very knowledgeable and pleasant to chat with. He walked me through what he did and left it open to me to call the office again if the issue comes back. Justin (the owner) and Trisha (front-office staff) were great to talk to. They never questioned the issues I had and made sure they promptly scheduled time to have someone look at my furnace issues. If I do I have another issue, I am sure they will be address my concerns and not shrug it off. I call that great customer service! I look forward in calling them for my annual maintenance on my furnace, AC and duct cleaning. As I said at the beginning of this review, I would highly recommend using Just in Time Furnace. Less

Blower on my furnace died at noon on a Sunday. Called and dispatcher warned me that the 1 guy working was busy but told me not to worry and he will be there that same day. Rates are transparent and fair. Luigi was professional, clean and had heat blowing before 8pm. Highly recommend!

Used these guys 5 years ago to fix my hot water tank. They did a good job for a reasonable price so when the same thing happened I gave them a call. 2 hours later they called back and we arranged for a time later in the day when I would be home. 2 hours later while I'm on my way home they called me and said they couldn't make it today. I call somebody else.

At the end of May we purchased a Groupon for Just In Time (JIT) Furnace to clean our rental unit’s furnace and air ducts. I thought this was a pretty good deal to get the furnace and 10 air ducts cleaned for about $70, so went ahead and bought it. Mid-June I booked an appointment with Just In Time for the end of June since our tenants were moving out at that time. The admin assistance said they have the day of June 30 wide open. Perfect. Our tenants were moving out that day so I picked the 11-1pm timeslot. I received a message from JIT a few days later that they have to reschedule our appointment to 1-3pm. Fine, I’ll just make sure we have someone in the condo during that timeslot instead. The day of I received another call saying that the technician left his worklog at home and they would have to reschedule the visit to a different day. I called back and asked to speak to the owner since this is the second time JIT rescheduled and this time was because the technician left his worklog at home? Justin explained that he had a crew working in the morning, they encountered asbestos so he had to send them home and he didn’t want them to wait around until 1pm for our job so he didn’t have a crew to send. To me, these reasons didn't jive as to why I couldn't get the work done today. After letting him know we needed this job finished today he said he could ask a different crew that could be there in 20 minutes (which would be noon). We already made arrangements with our tenants to be in the place between 1 and 3 to let the technician in. No one was at our condo for noon since the time JIT rebooked was 1-3. I called JIT back to unfortunately reschedule for a different day. The admin staff said they can have someone come on July 2 arrival time between 8-9am. Ok. I thought because JIT rescheduled a few times, good customer service practice would be they would have someone there closer to 8am. The technician showed up at 8:55am. He did call and left a message at 8:30am letting me know he would be there in 20 mins. When he arrived before he started working he explained quite fast that he would be cleaning the furnace, return air vents, ducts. He was professional and went to work. After he was done he gave me the bill and said there were 20 ducts, he cleaned the furnace, etc. Oh, the Groupon voucher said 10 air ducts. He said the 10 are covered but the additional ones are $10/air duct. I called Justin to get this clarified because I thought it was my choice if I wanted to get the additional air ducts done. I also thought they would provide an estimate if there was any extra cost before they started the job. Justin was on the phone so I asked the admin assistant that the technician was there at the moment, he wasn’t able to leave until I spoke with Justin. Justin then came on the phone. I went through what I thought the Groupon deal was and that I distinctly remember the admin staff saying if we have a high efficiency furnace the additional cost would be $47. He said he can vouch for all of his staff because he hears what they are saying to all the customers and all of the staff talked about the additional cost of the air ducts. I wanted to see the Groupon fine print again to see how the additional air ducts part was worded but because the voucher was redeemed I couldn’t get it. I asked Justin to send it to me. He said he would get a screen shot and send it to me (I’m still waiting for it). At this point, emotions were high, voices were raised and as a business owner his job is to de-escalate the situation, not escalate it. A couple things to point out about this interaction with JIT. Understand that if you have 30 vents in your place 10 are covered by the Groupon and you will pay an additional $200 to cover the additional 20 vents. Also, I found Justin, the business owner to be very unprofessional. I hope Justin takes this feedback and improves his business practices and customer service going forward. Less

Had our furnace and dryer vent cleaned this summer and used a groupon. They were friendly and did a great job! He found a birds nest in dryer vent which is a huge fire hazard so I’m glad he found it! Waited 4 days for a return phone call confirming an appt day & time which we never received. I called Peter, he called the office, Justin called me and had two appts setup for the next day. They were super nice and the air smells much cleaner but the clean up job wasn't there. They left metal shavings and screws on the ground in the basement and didn't put any of our vents back on. And there was a ton of dust and debris on the floor beside the heat register that my husband had to clean up.

Bought a coupon from groupon but I ended up paying $250++ additional for a 900 sqft home. The furnace guy said I had 20 vents without even counting. He’s creepy and intimidating so I just paid it so he can leave the house. I tried other company for my other house which is double the size and I only paid $180. I have bad allergy for dust, so looking into the furnace cleaning, however Joe and Mark discovered it was another issue with the furnace and furnace cleaning alone may not help. They explained to us how to improve the air quality and went an extra mile to inspect whether the set up was correct. As a result, the furnace had some incorrect set up and that caused some venting issues.For the first time I can feel the air flowing in our house, and hopefully my allergy will be gone very soon. But now, I can feel the difference in my breathing within the house. Really appreciated all your help!! Less

Curtis from Just In Time came out for a furnace service on our high efficiency furnaces. He arrived exactly on time, and did a thorough service/clean. I have never seen such an unreliable person. I made an appointment to clean the stove at 11o’clock. The bad traffic caused me to be 16 minutes late. This guy said could wait for 20 minutes, but he left. I’m sorry I was late, but I Also want to share my experience

Started out with a rough experience with the first tech I placed a phone call to Justin and he was pretty quick to reassure me he would make it right I had 2 new techs arrive to my home Niel and yogi from start to finish I had an amazing experience they went above and beyond and I am now a happy customer I would highly recommend asking for Neil and yogi always appreciate good workmanship !!!

I recently had them come out to clean dryer vents and ducts at two different properties. At the second home that was booked a few days later, I was charged double the price for a vent that couldn’t even be completely cleaned because they didn’t send out the right crew that could do the job. The vent at the second home was an added service to duct cleanings, so there was no reason for the double cost on cleaning a dryer vent. After several calls to the company and an email to Justin the manger, he has never returned any of my calls or email. DO NOT BOOK! They will scam you of $$. Less
