We had a pool leak but no idea where it was and paying hundreds of dollars a month to the City of Redding as a result. Our pool company wasn’t helpful. Out of desperation, we found Precision Leak Detection on the web. Jeff came out and not only found our leak, but located our autofill shutoff valve that was hidden for 10 years (apparently they have equipment that can hear water running through the pipes). They also evaluated my landscape water lines and found several broken sprinkler heads! They take pictures of what they find and calculate your water usage and present it in a report for your records. I noticed a large increase in water usage, and couldn't justify the additional bill and figured I had a leak somewhere. I called Precision out to locate a leak at my large property, which the previous owner ran water spigots all over the property. I never would have found the leak on my own, it was in one of the last places I would have looked. Jeff very accurately pinpointed the leak, which allowed me to dig up the pipe and repair the issue. This company is amazing.
