I am all about Group Fitness and Yoga Retreats. This past weekend I was so fortunate to make the time to attend a Yoga Retreat at the Riot in Wheatland. What an Incredible experience. Everyone was so kind and very supportive. What a cool Fitness Studio. I loved the Yoga Teacher; (Yesi) She taught the Yin class, the Power Class the Meditation and boy I was glowing after. Yesi will help anyone with their practice. I reccommend this Yoga Teacher and I reccommend this Gym whole-heartedly. I can't wait for the Next Yoga weekend or Group Workout/BootCamp on a weekend. This gym has brought such a wonderful community of people together in our little town. 🥰 They have a wide selection of classes for you to choose from and all the instructors are great. 😃The Riot is such a charming, fun, and supportive place and it is just what I needed!

I absolutely needed The Riot in my life! Since starting in December, I have seen and felt changes to my body and it excites me! I was quickly committed because this place is FUN! Jessica is nothing but positive energy that greets you with a big beautiful smile at every class. I love the variety this gym offers which easily attracts all shapes, sizes, ages, and fitness levels! Jessica and the other instructors are amazing! I love the vibe and love all the people!

This is exactly what Wheatland needed—a local spot to get a great workout and still have time to tackle the day! Jessica is upbeat, funny, and incredibly encouraging. She creates a welcoming environment and offers variations for every exercise, making it easy for everyone to follow along and feel successful. I love the Riot community as well and I look forward to seeing familiar faces in every class I attend. If you are looking for a fun and supportive place to get moving this is it!
