Billy and his team took down and replaced a retaining wall (which was falling) and a large concrete parking pad for us. When the project was being completed Billy and his team were very quick to answer phone calls and text. The wall is sturdy and beautiful and updated the look of the house! The parking pad was poured in September and in October we already had a crack in the concrete and it even crossed over 2 control joints. I asked for someone to come and look at the cracks. Billy said he would come out and look at it with the concrete guys. Billy showed up a week later but no concrete guys. After MULTIPLE text in December he finally came back and looked at it the beginning of January and told us that in the contract that they don't guarantee concrete from cracking but he would tear it back up and charge us at cost (which was around $3500 more dollars to redo it). He also said he would talk with the concrete guys and see if they could put an epoxy in the crack to help it from getting bigger or they could possibly put on a thin layer of concrete overtop of the old to fix it. He said he would get back to us in a week. Its been over a month and a couple of text from me and he is not responding. I would recommend this company for stone work but not for pouring concrete and do not expect a response after they are paid.

This guy left my brother with only less than half the work. Didn’t finish the job and kept all the money. He is nothing but scammer, extortionist, and thief. According. Don’t hire him for any kind of work. My brother has a contract where he paid him for the work and the SOB didn’t finish the work and didn’t give him any money. He is for sure a loser.

LKN Turf did an AMAZING job with installing our irrigation system, landscape lighting & planting arborvitae! Billy, JB & Brian are quite the team to work with! I was exceptionally thrilled with their outstanding communication, knowledge of products, friendliness, transparency and ability to complete our project in an efficient and timely manner. I’m in love with the irrigation phone based app - how cool to control your watering schedule from anywhere with current weather conditions pre-factored in. Our yard has never looked better and they only finished installing a month ago. So awesome! These guys show up and work hard!!! Their workmanship is outstanding! my pool deck and covered patio, looks amazing and was completed in an efficient and timely manner. I have just installed a news pool, decking and covered outdoor space with Kitchen. With such an addition to the backyard, come possible drainage issues (never discussed by pool sales staff) and they were addressed and taken care of. Not only did they address these issues but also contributed some great ideas that will make my outdoor living space that much more enjoyable. Thur went above and beyond to ensure a high quality finished space. They definitely want their customers to be happy. These guys know their trade!!! Such attention to detail. I Can’t emphasize this enough!!! Every crew member regardless of language barrier, were polite, attentive and very considerate. I will use these guys for future projects!! I highly recommend them.

We were installing a pool and needed a retaining wall as we had a large slope in our yard. After a few quotes, we ended up going with Lake Norman Turf and we are so happy we did! Billy Scott and Lake Norman Turf Inc crew did a fantastic job building the patio and retaining wall around our new pool last year. We used them in conjunction with Anthony Sylvan and Billy helped improved our design and made it come to life. His crew installed travertine and a stone wall and were quick and very professional. Billy is super responsive and stands behind his work, even past the warranty! They came a couple of times to fix a few areas that had sunk due to the settling soil without hesitation and again, being very responsive and attentive to get it done quickly. I highly recommend them for any type of patio services due to their quality and phenomenal customer service!
