Real estate broker James Baker did an outstanding job. MTX vast resources were effectively marshaled and our house sold for full asking price in only 6 days, after it had languished under a different realtor for the prior 6 months. We were kept in-the-loop throughout the process, particularly when on short notice the buyers paperwork had to go back through underwriting and two-state lawyer review due to a federal law change for 2024. Our closure was delayed by a few days, but James succeeded in getting us fully compensated for expenses incurred during the period. James was a formidable negotiator and gave stellar customer service! Less

Laura’s Mitchell really took of our new home purchase from start to finish. She was very attentive and easy to communicate with. The housing market is very limited right now and with her help and she made the right connections with our home builder. We were able to get into new house very easily :)
