We asked for assistance with drywall patches and replacement of a ledge under the window due to termite damage. Craig showed up on time, did excellent work, cleaned up after himself, and the price he quoted was the price we paid. His work was excellent and we felt so comfortable having him in our home. Craig picked up my call at 8AM in the morning, I told him my issue with my newly installed sink and he gave me a timeframe he would come by to take a look. Craig came promptly at the time specified. Took a look at the problem and told me exactly what was wrong with the sink plumbing. Not a half hour later he was done and my sink was no longer leaking. He replaced the shower rod for us, replaced the shelf above the toilet, installed new light fixture and replaced a new medicine cabinet for us. Craig is fantastic. I’ve used his services for the past couple of years at my fourplex. He’s done all sorts of work for me, including patching drywall, replacing a front door, sealing a leaky patio slider, fixing a malfunctioning recessed light (um... turned out it was a tripped GFCI near the kitchen sink... oops. But he diagnosed it quickly and saved me the cost of replacing it and/or tracing the wiring!), and a number of other things. He’s trustworthy, smart, friendly, and totally reasonably priced. He’s also dog friendly, which helps because two of my tenants have dogs, and a couple of times he had work to do while they weren’t home. If he ever retires or moves out of the area, I will be completely hosed. Fingers crossed that never happens. :) Less
