Worst of all seller wanted 2k for all the missed deadlines and he didn’t offer to help us with that. The seller and sellers agent involved were under the impression it was coming out of his pocket because that is what he told them. Instead he had us pay the entire 2k. Honestly hope karma comes around for that one because if he had represented us as he should have that money should have came out of his commission. I even gave him a chance to make it right after closing and contacted his broker. He just ignored my messages and only said “sorry for the misunderstanding” There is NO misunderstanding here that Stephen only sees his clients as transactions and not as individuals with families and life’s. He may have great knowledge of real estate, but he is angry and bitter when someone doesn't think he's as great as he thinks he is. Less
