The initial experience purchasing our first home with Jack was smooth and without issue. However, when we later reviewed our loan after dropping below 80% LVR and finding more competitive rates, the communication became centred on commission rather than client outcomes. Repeated calls and messaging felt like pressure to remain in a less competitive loan. Disappointing and unprofessional end to the relationship.
