We used Jack Ormerod to help us refinance. He got us a great rate, moved all our debts into one and got us money out for improvements. Jack Ormerod helped us with finance for our next property. If I could give Jazz more than 5 stars, I would. Navigating the mortgage process is usually a headache, but Jazz made it feel seamless from start to finish. She honestly never stops working and I don't think I ever had a question go unanswered, even when I reached out at odd hours. She took the time to explain every single detail so I actually felt confident in what I was signing. You can tell she genuinely cares about her clients and isn't just trying to close a deal.
