The workout was great, and Enrique was a great coach - sharing tips and tricks while also pushing us in a very helpful manner. Still doing my 7 day trial but I love that the instructors emphasize form over how much weight or how many reps I do. They push me/ encourage without pressure or disappointment when I stop. This gym is just 10 minutes from my home and my work. I never have to worry about road closures. It’s conveniently located. The facility and equipment are all new.
