I dropped in here for 3 days straight at different times of day. Easily one of the nicest CrossFit boxes I’ve dropped in at. The coaches were very friendly and technical. I dropped into Crossfit Palm Springs for a Saturday class with Enrique while visiting Palm Springs. Everyone there was very friendly and welcoming. The workout was great, and Enrique was a great coach - sharing tips and tricks while also pushing us in a very helpful manner. Still doing my 7 day trial but I love that the instructors emphasize form over how much weight or how many reps I do. They push me/ encourage without pressure or disappointment when I stop. There are all age shapes sizes and levels here. I also like that alternate exercises are given if needed. Highly recommend! Will definitely join Less

This gym is just 10 minutes from my home and my work. I never have to worry about road closures. It’s conveniently located. The facility and equipment are all new.
