Charged my elderly mother-in-law over $300 to fix her icemaker! Kept billing her for every service call and made three attempts. Still didn’t work and they didn’t seem to care. We found a better company that knows what they are doing and fixed it for a third of the price; including fixing her dryer.

We have used Adam twice now for our appliance repair needs. The first time was for a dishwasher that ultimately just needed to be replaced. I appreciated that he took the time to try and fix it, but was honest when he couldn’t and didn’t charge an arm and a leg for his time. He most recently came out to fix our broken dryer, he was quick and knew exactly what he was doing. The price was way more than fair considering I wanted nothing to do with trying to fix it myself. Happy he got it going within a day of me calling to schedule an appointment. He is trustworthy, reliable and knows what he is doing. Adam is the best!

Adam came out on the same day of my repair request. He is honest and very professional, he quickly identified the issue and resolved on same day too, even though he needed to get the part 25 min away from my house. Highly recommended, definitely will call Appliance Doctor again next time
