I love that they were able to get me in the next day! Some places take months! When you are dealing with neurological issues, you don’t want to sit around and wait on appointments. Everyone at the office is extremely sweet and caring! The lady that works the front desk is such a pleasure to talk to! She is just really sweet to everyone that walks in the door. Great experience! My insurance only payed so much. I was gonna put the rest on my credit card. The front desk girl advised me to just make payments with them. They don’t add interest to the amount due. I’m able to pay what I can every month. You can’t beat that! Less

My Dr. wanted me to have an MRI right away, but Advent Health had a wait of a month. Neuro Imaging WP was able to get me in the same day thanks to Crystal. She went above and beyond and helped expedite insurance approval. Crystal is seriously a rock star and everyone was so compassionate and caring. My husband has had several MRI’s at this facility over the years and it has always been a great experience. When I called to make the appointment I was able to get it scheduled for the same week (could’ve done same day but it just wasn’t going to work on our side) Everyone at the facility is very nice, patient and understanding about claustrophobic issues. That’s what keeps us coming back! Less
