I was here with my son for a CT scan and since I arrived, we were welcome and checked in right away. I love how attentive the receptionist are. As soon as we checked in, the technician came out and explained what was going to happen and how long it was going to take. Had to sign some documentation form to confirm I had no metals inside my body or jewelry. My son was surprised how smooth it went. Check out was, "you will get the results sent to your Dr."Thank you so much. You guys deserve more than 5 stars.

Had my first experience with this office today as I transferred from another radiology company that I've encountered to many issues with billing. Well Neuro Imaging know what their doing. The office was able to locate my co-pay with no issues. The customer service was great not to mention I was able to listen to one of my favorite music artists while being tested😊

This office is absolutely fantastic! The staff are super friendly and professional - they really went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable during my imaging, making the whole experience a breeze. I would highly recommend this office to everyone for their imaging needs.

The check in was effortless for both CT scans here and the staff were all professional, kind and polite. The staff who did my scans on two separate occasions were professional and empathetic.They provided clear instructions and support.!I wanted to return for a different test I needed. . Low dose CT but even when my insurance told them they cover 100% of the cost that didn’t work out due to an issue with their billing department. So check before you go.
