We knew from the beginning of Mike’s consultation with us, that we would most likely go with Top Flight for our garage floor coating. He explained the process of how he would address the rough edges of the expansion joints and repair the jagged crack that was present. We could tell he would be meticulous in his work. And he was!! We feel we got the best job possible with this company!! Very pleased. Less

Our experience with Top Flight Floors has literally been top flight from the first sales call to the truck pick up this afternoon. Mike was extremely well informed about the product and the process and it went down exactly as he described it. Sam in the office is the perfect Liason between their staff and customer and it was terrific meeting Ray when he picked up the trailer today, which, by the way was an extra special and extremely helpful bonus. Two days before the job was to begin they dropped off their trailer which is a low profile back loading trailer with a ramp that made it a breeze to load everything out of our garage and out of the way of the job. Then agreed to leave it for two days after the job was finished to give us time to get everything back in the garage after the floor dried. The other thing that I appreciated was the samples they had available containing nes a perfect match for the pavers outside which was what I was looking for! Mike made sure I would get what I wanted and seemed happy to so it. We couldn’t be happier!!! Thanks everybody. You are a great team! We love doing business with good people and always are extra happy when we can support local businesses that are so quality and customer focused. Less
