Top Flight Garage Floors has an exceptional collection of employees who provided an outstanding customer service experience.Hands down, this was the best customer service interaction/engagement we’ve had in a very long time. Each of the gentlemen (the initial sales consultant, the man who dropped off and picked up the trailer, as well as the technician who performed the actual work) was respectful, kind, and personable. They were all top-tier professionals.What stood out to us most was that, even though we were not paying the standard price for the project (we had won a gift certificate that essentially covered the cost of the project), we were treated with the professionalism, care, and attention to detail that you would hope to receive as a full-price customer. There was no sense that we were receiving a lesser level of service or a “discounted” experience. The team was responsive, courteous, thorough, and clearly took pride in doing the job right.We were well pleased with the project and the entire process from start to finish. The finished product was stunning! We truly appreciate the entire experience and would ABSOLUTELY recommend Top Flight to anyone considering garage surfacing. They didn’t just deliver a great-looking floor; they delivered a great customer experience from beginning to end.

Mike and his team are simply stellar, start to finish! I have wanted to have my garage floors done for the longest time and Top Flight delivered the dream. Mike is a true professional- explains exactly what is going to be done and executes the job flawlessly with the support of his awesome very detail oriented team.
