Alan and his team were professional and detailed from start to finish. He showed up on time to look at my project, had a quote in 2 days and scheduled me for 2 weeks out- he called several times to confirm during the 2 weeks and his crew not only completed the work but sealed up some other areas of the house at no extra cost. They installed a basement egress window that I needed because of putting a kids bedroom downstairs. Would absolutely use again- highly recommend! Less

Renovations with three small kids are daunting but Homecraft Remodeling made it a dream. We just completed a kitchen and back living room facelift (removing drop ceiling and new drywall). Alan and his team were very communicative; responsive and checking in every step of the way. The subcontractors were incredibly courteous and efficient, thoughtful in how they left the job site (very clean and tidy) each day knowing we had three small children very curious about what was going on. Alan prepared us for any roadblocks we might face (we live in a very old house with some questionable previous work done on it) and kept us in budget. When wood trim was replaced, Alan’s team went above and beyond to offer many samples so we could have the right color match for our old ceiling beams. Homecraft Remodeling just completed finishing our basement and we are extremely satisfied with the work. The final product is outstanding and all the workers that we had in and out of our house during the project were extremely professional and friendly! Jason the project manager was wonderful to work with and accommodated all our requests and answered all our questions throughout the process. We had some initial communication issues at the beginning of the project, but why I would highly recommended Homecraft is because they addressed our concerns (Alan called me immediately after I sent an email about my concerns and then met with me after the project to see what could be done better in the future) and that to me is the sign of a great business - always striving to improve what in this case I found to be already a great company. No home remodel project is without some small hiccups, but overall, we felt Homecraft did a great job and delivered an excellent final product. Highly recommend! Less
