I recently completed the 6-week challenge at BennettFit365 with Tyler as my personal trainer, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. As someone who is naturally scrawny and often skips meals due to a busy work schedule, I had fallen off the exercise train. I hoped this challenge would give me the push I needed to get back into the habit, and it did exactly that.
My initial InBody scan showed 66.4 lbs of skeletal muscle mass and 112.2 lbs of soft lean mass. After just six weeks of two training sessions per week and diligent effort, my final scan revealed I had increased to 69.7 lbs of skeletal muscle mass and 116.4 lbs of soft lean mass. The first week or two were tough as my body had forgotten what it was like to push itself, but Tyler’s coaching and consistent check-ins to ensure I was eating enough made all the difference.
The most challenging part for me was tracking my food and hitting my macros every day, but with Tyler’s support and guidance, I managed to make significant gains in a short period.
