The gym has everything I could need including amazing coaches and equipment. What make this the place to be for me though, is the people! The support and sense of community is great! Very welcoming enviroment!

It really IS true that you can (and should) walk through the door at ANY age or fitness/ability level. No matter where you are when you come in, you will be met with enthusiasm and support. If I can do CrossFit a month after a hip replacement, SO CAN YOU! I credit my CrossFit journey (that I started over 7 years ago) for playing an instrumental part in my excellent recovery.

Definitely one of my favorite places to be! Great facility, great coaches and awesome athletes! If you’ve ever thought about trying crossfit you should definitely stop in and see what it’s all about!

This place is the definition of CrossFit!! We were on family vacation this summer and dropped in 3 days. We visited Sturgis during bike week, we got ahold of the owners and they welcomed us to their box! They were very accommodating and Josh was an excellent coach during the wods.

What an amazing place! Was able to drop in while in the area. I was treated like family! The owner was terrific and the people in the am class were so supportive. I could not have asked for a better experience while away from my home. I highly recommend checking this out!

I recently became an amputee. I was really intimidated by crossfit but I decided to give it a chance. I needed motivation and direction in my workouts and that's exactly what I received. I have to modify some things and Josh and Sam are always there with great alternatives. All the members are amazing as well. They are always there to encourage you!

Dropped in for a couple days while I was in the Hills. Great gym. I was extremely impressed with the coaching. Often times you drop in somewhere and they just let you do your thing and forget you're there. Josh took time to work with me and even got my butterfly dialed in. I highly recommend it!

Great training area and coaching. It's an awesome place for people of all levels. Josh takes the time to show proper form and expectations for all lifts. Also, every session is posted which allows you to see your improvements along the way. I highly recommend this facility to anyone!
