Great CrossFit group of coaches here.Super patient with newcomers, and they go above and beyond to make you feel welcome and at ease in the learning process. Their facility is great, clean and well equipped.I appreciated and would recommend their fundamental classes.

David was paying attention to everyone in detail. He was giving advice and explained how to carry out the exercise in the propper way. I enjoyed the workout very much! CFS is very much recommended!

Nikki was our coach, she was very thorough with demos and explanations. The class was very welcoming, and the workout was amazing. My husband and I did the 7am class, we’ll be back!

I’m so happy to be back at CrossFit Seven! From the moment I walked in, I felt so welcomed and supported, just like before.
