Dave was immediately responsive with recommendations and a rough estimate of costs, even though we were months away from being able to measure and install window treatments. When we were ready for measurements, Dave met with us very quickly to advise us on the type of Norman shutters that would best work for us. The ordering process was very smooth, and the 2 days of installation occurred on schedule. Dave was a true professional throughout the process.
