Brilliant service. My wife and I require keyholding and alarm response in respect of our domestic property. I was badly let down by another (national) company and transferred our business to KeyPlus in 2025. KeyPlus have turned out to be an excellent company to deal with. We have recently been on an extended cruise holiday and we asked KeyPlus to make weekly inspections of our vacant property while we were away. They carried out a weekly visit sending an emailed report and photographs every time, plus little extras like bringing in the post and watering plants. We could not be happier customers.

Contacted James and asked if he would come and have a look at my alarm box as it was making some very strange noises. He replied quickly and came to my house when he said he would, he knew exactly what the problem was and swiftly sorted the problem.
