I really like how P-Fit emphasizes non-scale victories alongside scale victories as progress is way more than just a number on the scale, the program is easy to follow, so easy I was able to get my husband to join. Which was huge!!! We are in our 60's and building muscle and getting strong is our goal and P-Fit is definitely helping both of us with are goals. All of the coaches are amazing and they really hold you accountable for your own journey. The lead coach Jessica is phenomenal. She really takes the time to get to know the members to push us past our comfort zones and while making progress. Coach Bianca is great and really knows how to push and help with everybody’s form especially on leg day. Coach Ashley is determined to have everybody just keep moving and is extremely motivating. Coach Kayla is new to the group of Coaches but has jumped in and brings so much energy. Laura and Sean, the owners, are great owners and really take a personal position in making you feel good about being a member. Great facility and even better team of trainers. I was hesitate to jump back into a group fitness program after a poor experience and injury. During the six week challenge, you essentially get the perks of having a membership without signing up just to try it out and see if you like it. I started at P-Fit since they opened on January 23rd for their six week challenge. During the six week challenge, you essentially get the perks of having a membership without signing up just to try it out and see if you like it. Similar to the membership the challenge comes with nutrition assistance as well as unlimited 30 minute classes with some of the best coaches around. I was already into fitness before coming here, but I think that this really took it to the next level by adding in that element of nutrition and providing a goal date to make progress. I really like how P fit emphasizes non-scale victories alongside scale victories as progress is way more than just a number on the scale., the program was easy to follow, and was a great introduction to all of the things you can expect from joining this gym permanently. They even modify the nutrition or exercises as needed to accommodate all injuries and restrictions which is major bonus. All of the coaches are amazing and they really hold you accountable for your own journey. They do check ins and weekly weigh ins and make sure you have everything you need to succeed because it definitely is a family and they want everyone to reach their personal goals. I met quite a few people here so it’s really good if you want to get out and meet people while still also doing a healthy physical activity. The lead coach Kaitlen is phenomenal and definitely leads by example by doing the program alongside us so we go through it all together. She really takes the time to get to know the members to push us past our comfort zones and make progress. Coach Bianca is great and really knows how to push and help with everybody’s form especially on leg day which is not always a favorite but we usually thank her afterwards for the good kind of pain. Coach Amy is super determined to have everybody participating and just moving so we can show progression from where we started which is extremely motivating. Coach Jess brings so much energy even in the early morning hours, which makes being in class super fun and keeps me wanting to come back. All her muscles are also goals! And Coach Rob also brings the energy and has a lot of passion about what he does as do all of the other coaches. Laura and Sean, the owners, are two of the nicest people I have met. A good business starts at ownership level and trickles down to the employees, and eventually to the members. Their positivity and encouragement go along way, and their support of the coaches and the members really is what makes this gym stand apart from the rest. Safe to say I joined permanently and I’d recommend anyone to give it a try! Less

Seriously! This gym was exactly what I have been looking for. The coaches and owners are amazing 👏 They are super motivating and helpful and always looking for ways to challenge you. They also help you stay accountable! I never feel any kind of way going in at 5am looking a mess. Best gym ever! Highly recommended!!

No matter what your fitness level, every one of these extremely qualified trainers will make you feel special and give you all the support you need to be successful. It also includes nutritional guidance which is such an important part of the fitness journey. Honestly I was skeptical about only doing 30 minutes but P-Fit Bexley has more than proven to me that the research saying 30 minutes is just as effective as 45 minutes to an hour is absolutely correct. The trainers and owners are what makes this gym so special. If you are looking for a place to go where you feel amazing physically and mentally when you leave than I highly recommend checking this place out. You won’t regret it. Less

If you need accountability and lot's of help with your form then this is the place for you. It also includes nutritional guidance which is such an important part of the fitness journey. It’s clean, fun, and the classes are abundant. There are no sign up times which I love. Just show up. From the great music to the awesome family vibe I truly enjoy giving it my all in 30 minutes.
