Coach Sunny is incredibly knowledgeable, making this hands-down the best place to learn martial arts and self-defense. My daughter absolutely loves it here. I was blown away when I saw her pulling off advanced kicks after just three weeks (training twice a week)! The environment is so welcoming that I tried a few classes myself and ended up signing up, too. Highly recommend for both kids and adults!

After 4.5 years of Karate my daughter had to find a new studio. We visited a few schools in the area and did not find a location that had the balance of discipline, respect and quality instruction that they have here at Alpha. There is strong classroom management, engaging curriculum and students are focused, on task and respectful. Even though she has to learn a new discipline, going from Tang-soo-do to Taekwondo we felt it was worth the change to train here.

Greatful for Alpha and Shelby's best summer camp. Location is awesome (this corner was in desperate need for vendors). They have servant attitudes and give back to its members is so many ways. Free location for birthday parties with coaches for the kids (you just bring the food). My kids were very active in the summer camp too.

I initially joined Alpha Martial Arts to accompany my now 10-year-old son. What began as a supportive gesture has grown into a meaningful bonding experience for both of us, during class and afterward as we practice together. Training in Taekwondo in my late 40s has challenged me to engage muscle groups I’d never used before, keeping me active and providing a much-needed workout. Memorizing the steps in each form and applying them during sparring has sharpened both my memory and reflexes. Coach Arora has been instrumental in our progress, maintaining a structured yet flexible schedule that accommodates our needs. His guidance ensures we’re fully prepared when it’s time to advance through the ranks. We’ve especially enjoyed the diversity the class offers, from forms and weapons to sparring and board breaking, which keeps things engaging for students of all ages.

We are very impressed with Alpha Martial Arts! Sunny and his instructors teach the kids so many things and not just Taekwondo. They learn respect, self-respect, self control, discipline and how to treat others in a positive way. My son (started at 7 years old) has been participating for about 4 to 5 months and has really lifted his self-confidence as well as learn to protect himself. My son attended day camp here during the summer and had the best time. From day one, he felt welcomed by the staff and counselors, and it was clear how much they cared about the kids. The environment was active, fun, and positive, he learned so much about martial arts and even mastered a backbend by the end of summer! They played so many fun games and kept the kids moving, learning, and laughing. Nolan never once complained about going, which is saying a lot when it comes to summer camps! We’re so thankful for the confidence and friendships he gained here, and we’re excited to continue with classes now that camp is over. Can’t recommend this place enough!
