We absolutely love this martial arts!I originally enrolled just one of my sons, and I was so impressed with everything—from the way the owner and instructors team teach, to how kind, patient, and welcoming everyone is. You can truly see how much they care about the children and their development.I loved it so much that I decided to enroll my second son as well! 🥋❤️ Both of my boys love coming here, and as a mom, it makes me so happy to see them learning discipline, confidence, respect, and having fun at the same time.Coach Sunny is truly wonderful, and every instructor has been amazing with kids . You can tell they genuinely love what they do and truly care about every child.We are so happy to be part of this school, and I would highly recommend it to any parent looking for a place where their children can learn, grow, build confidence, and feel supported.

Coach Sunny is incredibly knowledgeable, making this hands-down the best place to learn martial arts and self-defense. My daughter absolutely loves it here. I was blown away when I saw her pulling off advanced kicks after just three weeks (training twice a week)! The environment is so welcoming that I tried a few classes myself and ended up signing up, too. Highly recommend for both kids and adults!

We recently started at Alpha Martial Arts Shelby Township and I am already blown away! My kids have only completed about three sessions so far, but the positive energy, discipline, and confidence building we've witnessed in such a short amount of time is incredible.Coach Sunny and the entire instructing team have a unique talent for balancing structured focus with genuine fun. My daughter and I absolutely love this place. From the first class you feel like you have been there for years so welcoming and amazing are the coaches and staff. Everything is so professional and organized there, and all ages will enjoy the training. So happy to be a part of this amazing community.

After 4.5 years of Karate my daughter had to find a new studio. We visited a few schools in the area and did not find a location that had the balance of discipline, respect and quality instruction that they have here at Alpha. There is strong classroom management, engaging curriculum and students are focused, on task and respectful. Even though she has to learn a new discipline, going from Tang-soo-do to Taekwondo we felt it was worth the change to train here.

Greatful for Alpha and Shelby's best summer camp. Location is awesome (this corner was in desperate need for vendors). They have servant attitudes and give back to its members is so many ways. Free location for birthday parties with coaches for the kids (you just bring the food). My kids were very active in the summer camp too.

Alpha is awesome! We started my 5 year old here a few months ago and she loves it. Coach Sunny and the other instructors take care to cater to the different levels of each student and most importantly, they make sure the kids have fun. Highly recommended.
