I called Brett to see if he was available to come out and do a 4 point home inspection for my homeowners insurance renewal. I needed it done within 2 days of contacting him. He scheduled to come to my house the same day I called him. He was on time and did the inspection and answered questions I had while he was there. Early that evening he emailed my 4 point inspection report as he said he would, and I was able to get it right to my insurance company. Brett came out to my home. He was able to see where the leak in my roof was coming from because he had the proper equipment to locate it. I had 6 roofing companies come out and not one of them had the right equipment to locate the leak. He saved me time, money, and frustration. I highly recommend that you call Brett if you have an inspection need.
