I always say Dr Rickards saved my life! When I went into him I was physically broken, I was beginning to be homebound due to all the neurological symptoms I was having. I was off work as a nurse because I could not do it and I was devastated because I love my job. I had already been seeing another Blair Chiro who was helping some but Dr Rickards is top notch!!! He is so precise, gentle and he cares about you so much!!! He got me through the worst time of my life and I will forever be grateful!!! Trust the process, he knows what he is doing and he will see you through it! All my symptoms are gone and I now visit him for maintenance. Dr. Rickards is in a league of his own. Period. And just so you know, I have seen Blair Upper Cervical practitioners for the last 10+ years in LA, where I normally live. For the last 6 months I lived in the San Diego area and Dr. Rickards was recommended to me by another UCC chiropractor. HE WAS THE ONLY ONE WHO FINALLY HEALED ME. It turns out that I was not holding my C1 alignment for more than 10 years, is because my C7 (a lower cervical) was out of alignment as well... and the two cervicals go in lockstep together! And just so you know, my C1 misalignment causes me anxiety, depression and insomnia. It's a big deal!!! This was the solution to my ordeal! Dr. Rickards was the ONLY one to get to the root cause of my suffering because he's also trained in the Pierce Method. Dr.Rickards is awesome. I was going to another Chiropractor and stopped going there. Due to COVID, I was not taking care of my neck pain. I found Dr.Rickards. During my first appointment, he patiently listened to my problem, since I already know about the Blair technique he focused on my history and even called my previous chiropractor to get reports and Xrays (saved me some $$). I have been going through very high Neck pain, headache, sleeplessness, ringing in the ears. Just after three visits, I started seeing tremendous improvement.
