They will ghost you when things go wrong! Look elsewhere. I’m disappointed that I feel the need to leave this review on a small business, but when you refuse to respond to your customers and don’t deliver on what was paid for, there’s a problem. We’ve been loyal customers of Rebounds for the past 3 years, paying additional charges on delivery (because we’re more than 20 miles away) simply because we trusted them and because they’ve never given us a reason to doubt their products or their customer service. I’ve shared their business with others and have encouraged other families in my area to use them. All that to say, my current experience was incredibly disheartening and disappointing. After speaking with Becky, and being shown the Wrecking Ball (she totally sold me on it… which I was super excited about) I ordered the “Wrecking Ball” for my son’s 12th birthday. I also paid IN FULL over the phone, trusting that there would be no reason for me to pay day of delivery, because I assumed I’d get exactly what I paid for. Upon delivery, the delivery guy set up the bounce house (clearly designed for the wrecking ball) and then said, that his boss told him NOT to bring the parts for the actual game (the wrecking ball that suspends from the top, along with the pedestals that the kids stand on). There was NO explanation as to why (not his fault, just the messenger). I called and texted Becky many times and received NO call back, no explanation, NO nothing! There are so many ways this could have been resolved, but the biggest one would have simply been proactive communication. I’m still waiting on a response and I expect them to make this right and issue a refund on the rental, as I didn’t even get what we PAID (600.00)for. It was honestly laughable to see this incomplete bounce house. I felt sorry for the delivery guy for having to deliver it. And I felt bad for my son for having to stare at this bounce house without everything needed to enjoy it. Imagine a pool without water, boat without a motor… honestly, the list of comparisons could go on. Shame on this business. Pictures for perspective. Extremely pleased with the tables, chairs, and tent rental! Flexible delivery offered us ample time to prepare and the equipment even weathered a torrential storm the night before pick up - all staying right where it was, undamaged. Great gear and great crew.
