Due to a few major hip surgeries that I've had in the past, I always found myself injured and in pain after exercising. His program is full of variety, customized for me and always challenging and motivating. After a few months of training with James, my legs and back got so much stronger and ended up having a pain-free pregnancy and postpartum. An outcome I didn't imagine was possible.
