This is the first time buying a house and I have heard headaches and runarounds. We were lucky enough to find Justin Noe. He was a god send. We were are a military family moving cross country. Justin also being prior military understood the headaches of PCS. I feel he has gone far a beyond. I took a trip from California to Tampa for a couple of days and he was ready to show me the houses we were interested in. He made the viewing room easy and learned all the cretics and specific information I was paying attention to while shopping around. We didn’t find the one that day but while driving cross country we saw two more we may consider. He took his time to do a virtual tour for us while we stopped at a Taco Bell. He remembered all the little details I was asking about on my trip there. We found THE house. We knew it. He knew it. The transition was as easy as it can be and confusing as well for first time buyers. Even communicating with us while on an out of the country vacation with his family. Him and his team (specifically Amber) were ready to answer any and all questions. If they didn’t have the answer they made sure the found out for us. In 20 days from finding the house.
