Forget gym memberships you end up not using - this is the only thing I’ve ever stuck to - I’ve been coming every week for 6 years! Brilliant instructors really motivate you and help you work to your level. Come along and try it out - everyone will make you feel really welcome.
Fantastic and enjoyable outdoor bootcamps in Ricky and Cowley. It’s great to exercise together with a friendly and welcoming group. I thoroughly recommend to anyone, regardless of fitness level as Scott and the team will help you perfect your technique.

A fantastic operation. The people going are really nice/welcoming - so no need to feel intimidated. There are no egos. No dramas. Everyone is there for the same thing. Scott is very supportive and each session, while hard, feels rewarding.
Today I went to my first trial session and was pleased with it. Even though it was hot. I loved every minute . I then joined and registered as I liked what I saw. Highly recommend to friends and family or anyone I know. I actually felt welcomed on my first session. Everyone is friendly here
Great bootcamp and community.
I’ve worked out with Scott for over 4 years now, face to face, during the pandemic and now more online because this suits my schedule. There are live online sessions, recorded or face to face. I vary my work days, Scott’s classes also allows me to vary my workouts: bootcamp, hit yoga, stretching and Sunday yoga. Great variety, value for money and I’m fitter than I was 4 years ago for sure!

Never a gym person, I realised why, after joining 1MoreRep bootcamp. Scott's unique approach to make you fit and healthy made me understand that his sessions were the ones I would enjoy, and, as much as hard, they are very satisfying. Best of all, it's outdoor in a park with fresh air and done in a fun setting with encouragement of the group to support you. An hour long exercise fly by very quickly - because of the varying activities - no two sessions are same. If you are like me who need bit of encouragement and push then this bootcamp is for you. The sessions held at Cowley Hall Recreation Ground are fantastic. Scott holds sessions at the Rec in all weathers and always makes sure they are varied and get the best out of everyone. My fitness and strength are improving month by month and it's a very friendly workout environment. Recommended!

I came across Scotts classes at Cowley hall Recreation Ground and I loved it! Scott is a great trainer and it makes you feel proud of yourself plus the people is so welcoming and make you feel part of the group. I don’t regret the day I decided to try.
Scott works hard to make the sessions interesting and varied-so much so, that I’ve come for the last 2 years, which is the longest I’ve ever kept up with exercising! It’s such a great way to keep fit and really enjoyable being out in the fresh air! It definitely beats the gym!!!! Would recommend to anyone of any fitness level!

I am not driven, so usually fitness activities take a back sit. With 1MoreRep, I have to just get there, Scott takes care of rest. Its in the open park, so enjoy some outdoor fresh air and soft natural ground kind to my knees and back. Every session is unique so never a boring or dull moment. Its worth it compare to the local Gym which is repetitive and expensive.
