I called before 6AM in great pain and they answered! I was in the office a couple hours later and given a comprehensive exam, explained the diagnosis, and treatment options. Dr. Moussa and staff were generous, kind, and caring. What relief!

The staff was so nice. Mimi held my hand because I was so nervous. She told me everything will be okay I trusted her. Dr Moussa was amazing he made sure I was comfortable before starting ANYTHING. Visited the new Verona location and was extremely impressed with the top notch service. Gloria and staff are so welcoming and warm, and you are seen immediately with little to no wait time. Just to say the front staff was not very welcoming since I did not fill the online forms. The whole office was made aware that I did not fill out the forms online. (not in nice tone) I was taken to the back room where someone who did not identify themselves ask what brings you to the office today. I explained that I saw their ads and I'm apprehensive going to a dentist and wanted a consultation. I won't go into detail from this point on. Let's just say that person made me feel as if I was broke and humiliated me. I mean she wasn't even the dentist. After two conversations explaining I'm only here for the consult and I would like to see a dentist. The dentist came in and again didn't feel no welcoming vibes. I told her my concerns and she did a 2 minute check said I needed laser something and 6 veneers. I couldn't believe what I was hearing. Then she said the receptionist will be back with your treatment plan. When the nice receptionist came to speak to me about my plan. I had no clue what she was talking about as the dentist did not explain any of the plan with me or how procedure would go. I ended up not wasting anymore of their time kindly let the receptionist know how I was taken aback from the whole experience and left. Just to say in the other room they were speaking negativity of one of the dentist and the practice in Spanish as if noone would understand. The treatment plan with no veneers was about 10,500$. Dr. Moussa and his team made me feel that I was safe in their hands and I truly was and am. Dr. Moussa has cultivated an environment where everyone is considered family even the patients. In October of 2021, I was unfortunately in an accident that caused me to chip my front teeth. My chipped teeth made me feel embarrassed to even smile. Other dentists would do a quick fix and just fill/ bond the chipped teeth but that did not resolve the issue. My first appointment was quick and easy, Dr. Moussa explained in detail what was going to happen including the timeline of the process, and how to take care of my teeth along with things to avoid. Dr. Moussa asked me an important question, what do I personally expect from this procedure all I could think about was being able to regain my confidence when speaking to someone and just feeling like myself again. After waiting a short period so that the teeth could be made, they finally came in! I was nervous and excited all at the same time. The process was painless and took approximately an hour and a half. I couldn't be more ecstatic with my results and I thank Dr. Moussa and his family for taking me in and taking care of me. I truly recommend Dr. Moussa, you’re in safe hands. Less

False advertisement not 24/7 as stated on the website for dental emergency. I believe this should be changed for those who seek immediate care. The on call service also unhelpful granted it is 430am. A person I would hope with common sense would know another person with common sense would not call at that time to set an appt like some self entitled jerk. Dr. Moussa, Dr. Blum, and their team are all tremendously positive and helpful. They are not only incredibly professional and talented at their jobs, but they have beyond wonderful patient care. They made sure that I was as comfortable as possible, and explained the procedure to me in terms that I could understand. They also allowed for questions and patiently answered everything I asked. They were funny and kind, supportive and calming, and truly magnificent from start to finish. This is the FIRST great (not good--GREAT) experience I have ever had with dentists, and I cannot recommend them enough! I was also treated by Dr. Nam Phan , who was beyond kind and wonderful--he made sure I was comfortable, explained everything to me and allowed me to weigh my options without pressuring me in any way. Dr. Phan is not only an amazing dentist, but a lovely person. His post-treatment care was nothing short of incredible. As soon as you walk in, you can see that the office is cleaned and hygiene is noticeable. The personnel is attentive and helpful. I went for an initial consultation. Everything was clearly explained to me. I have found "my dentist" after searching for a very long time.

Yes, it's typically out of network and pay up front but they take care of your out of network insurance for you. For anyone without the financial funding, there are different payment plans in place for you. Moving forward, squirrel away a little each month to cover your dental costs. Your teeth are just as important as the rest of your body! Finding the right dentist is the key. I drive the distance, a mere 45 minutes (instead of just around the corner to the nearest dentist) for compassion and care. Unlike many dentists I've had in the past that don't seem to care about your concerns, Moussa and his team of rotating specialists are like the cream if the crop. Well worth the investment. Less
