We moved in about a year ago. We have no idea how long it has been since the dryer vent was cleaned so it was reassuring to know that this preventative procedure was completed. The work was completed thoroughly and professionally. Michael was polite and informative. We knew that our outside dyer vent cover had been broken. I was planning to do it myself, but Michael gave me a quote for a lifetime warranted vent that he was able to install in less than an hour. I was concerned about damaging the siding if I did the repair, and the vent is 8-10 feet off the ground so I appreciated having someone else deal with it.Thank you Michael for service and professionalism.
