Purchased a home generator! 1 week from the point of purchase to installation Excellent service, took care of the landscaping, cleaned up all the debris after everything was complete! Explained the entire process and stayed after to ensure the generator was linked to the wifi and ready to run!

My husband called, Yates on a Monday after we had a wire short out ever electrical outlet and light switch in our bedroom, he promptly returned he called and arrived at our home 20 minutes later. After thoroughly assessing the problem he gave us a quote, an estimate start and completion date. I was very impressed with Tylar.

I had called another company that came out before Yates and they gave me a huge run around on pricing and they said it would take 8 months to get a generac home generator before they could start the work and they left everything up to me as far as propane tank . I’m new to Kountze , moved here from colorado so I didn’t know what companies to use or where to even begin besides google . Tyler not only beat their price , he was at my house the following week installing a new generator that I was told I’d have to wait 8 months for . Then he went the extra mile and found my propane provider to come out and install my 550 gal tank and run gas line from tank to my generator . I recommend Yates Electric for any electrical needs you may have as they are really friendly and up front no bait and switch tactics . Tyler came back out after propane was hooked up and showed me how the system works and went through and tested everything to ensure I got what I paid for .
