Feel free to look up your logs for Rigbie, that is where you scalped these charges.Yates came out once to peform a "light investigation" which involved resetting a circuit breaker. Instead of making a professional effort to analyze load distribution in the house and recommending a long-term solution to prevent repeat tripping, they instead simply flipped a switch, and left with a $225 charge. They had to subsequently come out a second time, a few days later, to perform an identical job - resetting the same circuit breaker and charging a second $225, taking advantage of the property owner not being on hand to oversee the work.

Tylar and his crew do a great job. They connected our new generator today . Now we have whole house back up in case of power failure. He not only gave us the best price but also installed it 3 days after we accepted his quote. Wonderful personality and he kept us updated the entire time of what to expect. After calling a few other electrician company’s, Yates was the first to answer and quickest to respond and come out. They haven’t been in business as long as some of these other guys but they certainly out did them with customer performance and care. They showed up and had everything on hand and fixed all my problems for a house I am selling. The price was very good and reasonable for the hour. I called him out for one thing and it took him 5 minutes and he asked if there was anything else since I have him for the hour so he just started knocking out all kinds of stuff that I’ve been needing to do electrical wise. I highly recommended them and I will use them from here on out for any certified electrical needs that I may have. As far as I’m concerned they have earned a customer for life. 10/10 highly recommend.
