Dropped in for a week and the owners were beyond accommodating. Not only were the staff friendly, but the members too. I felt like it was a home away from home. After not working out for several years, and unable to stick to going to the gym alone. I decided to try crossfit again, I was a little worried due to a previous back injury. The coaches here are amazing, everyone is very welcoming and they care a lot about you. They have helped teach me lots of different CrossFit movements and how to improve, while going at my own turtle pace. I am a rookie. I've never done this form of workout before. I am impressed by the individual attention given to folks like me. They are patient and work with you to ensure that your form , etc is proper so you get the most out of your workout.
