We were made an appointment on Saturday and were seen quickly to get my teenage son a new prescription. A week later we received his glasses but the prescription was off. They handled it very well and asked us to come back to redo the entire procedure to make they got it right and they did. We all make mistakes and sometimes the tools we use can be off as week.
