Chad, one of the owners of T2 Pest Services answered my call immediately and listened carefully to my cockroach situation, including asking good questions. He texted me within a half hour and arranged for a technician to come out the next day…perfect. When Logan arrived to check out my condo for cockroaches, I immediately felt a positive vibe. His assessment of my situation was honest, clear, and forthright. Fortunately, my case was mild; consequently, Logan injected “bait” and sprayed strategically. He also recommended that I pour a 50/50 combo of bleach and water into my sink drains (not the toilet) and bathtub drain about once a week as a precaution. Logan spent about 45 minutes checking everything and reminded me about the service agreement (every other month) that would begin in July. Prior to his arrival, I received a voicemail to confirm details and his ETA. Logan’s friendly and polite manner elicited a feeling of trust and confidence, as he calmly demonstrated his expertise and knowledge of insects. I am so relieved and would recommend T2 Pest Services any day of the week!

Both times they have come they came on time! The service technician was very personable. They asked me for honest feedback and genuinely wanted to make sure I was 100% satisfied! They originally told me treatment may take 4 weeks and it ended up taking 2 weeks…they didn’t try to rip me off and make me pay for service I didn’t need. Its very difficult to find honest, reliable, customer service oriented businesses these days. But I’m very impressed this time! Yay!

No one wants to talk about bed bugs and in my case I didn't even want to believe we had them. But calling T2 pest services was the best thing we could have done! Terrell and his team not only did a phenomenal job at helping even when we weren't completely prepared but he even answers all my questions/texts day, night, or weekend! I haven't seen a bed bug since they treated our new home and we couldn't be more thankful! I will update my review in about a month or so just to give an update on our situation but I am so positive that we will still be bug free! Thanks again guys on all your help, knowledge and support

We had a pretty serious Termite problem at our house... it was one of those things we hoped would go away but we were constantly finding and cleaning up tunnels. We ended up hearing about these guys because they had done a lot of work in our neighborhood. They came right out and gave us an estimate. Their pricing was very reasonable compared to others companies we got estimates from. What set them apart though was the customer service. Termites can be expensive and we were worried someone would take advantage of us... the owner of T2 explained the whole process to us and let us know that they only used the best chemicals available and also would use more than required in problem areas. We felt really comfortable working with them because we could tell they were going to do all they could to fix our issues. It's been several months and we haven't had any issues. They also gave us more peace of mind by offering a warranty for a minor fee. I would recommend these guys to all my friends and family.
