Great service. Marcus arrived early, inspected our house and immediately identified the problem. Very knowledgable and friendly. Treated the yard for a very reasonable price, and also gave us an estimate on termite treatment (which we've also been needing). We'll be calling Marcus again next time we need pest services!

Chad, one of the owners of T2 Pest Services answered my call immediately and listened carefully to my cockroach situation, including asking good questions. He texted me within a half hour and arranged for a technician to come out the next day…perfect. When Logan arrived to check out my condo for cockroaches, I immediately felt a positive vibe. His assessment of my situation was honest, clear, and forthright. Fortunately, my case was mild; consequently, Logan injected “bait” and sprayed strategically. He also recommended that I pour a 50/50 combo of bleach and water into my sink drains (not the toilet) and bathtub drain about once a week as a precaution. Logan spent about 45 minutes checking everything and reminded me about the service agreement (every other month) that would begin in July. Prior to his arrival, I received a voicemail to confirm details and his ETA. Logan’s friendly and polite manner elicited a feeling of trust and confidence, as he calmly demonstrated his expertise and knowledge of insects. I am so relieved and would recommend T2 Pest Services any day of the week!
