Jace Mortimer and his brother arrived promptly. Upon examination of my dryer vent, they determined that it was clean (had no lint buildup) because it is a "short vent line." They recommended a replacement exterior vent cover to replace the old, loosely secured cover. I agreed, and they quickly replaced the older vent with a much better one that will be better able to prevent "outside critters" from having easy access to the interior. Less
