Updated Review: March 11, 2025Dryer Vent Heroes did such a great job with my dryer vent in January that I asked them to return to clean the exhaust fans in two bathrooms. I have recently read that dirty exhaust fans can cause house fires. I knew one of my exhaust fan was REALLY DIRTY, so it was definitely overdue.Mortimer Hudson arrived promptly, removed the exhaust fan cover and the fan housing, and cleaned everything thoroughly. The second fan wasn't as dirty, but I wanted it to be cleaned today so that both fans will on the same cleaning schedule. I have now made a note on my household chores calendar to make sure that "clean exhaust fans" becomes regular maintenance.January 2025: Jace Mortimer and his brother arrived promptly. Upon examination of my dryer vent, they determined that it was clean (had no lint buildup) because it is a "short vent line." They recommended a replacement exterior vent cover to replace the old, loosely secured cover. I agreed, and they quickly replaced the older vent with a much better one that will be better able to prevent "outside critters" from having easy access to the interior. Less
