First time here was so nice and easy !I received a tour and breakdown of all the benefits, it’s clean, calm and welcoming. The packages are well worth it I’ll definitely be signing up. Recovery on another level 🙌

I visited for a trial pass today and was extremely disappointed by the service provided by Riley. Despite the spa’s beautiful appearance, the atmosphere felt exclusionary. I was denied Red Light Therapy because I didn't want to buy their specific glasses (I brought my own), ignored in favor of other clients for machine assistance, and treated with suspicion regarding the return of towels. Worst of all, after cryotherapy, I felt lightheaded from low blood pressure and was told I had to 'pay' for a snack to stabilize. Very unprofessional, disrespectful, and unwelcoming. I won't be returning.

I now understand why this place has so many 5-star reviews! From the moment I stepped in, the Revive Wellness staff put so much care into my experience; namely Christie and Islay. As a newcomer, I was given a comprehensive tour of all of the professional services offered and was blown away by how updated, clean, and aesthetically pleasing the facilities all were. I booked an infrared sauna session and I admired the attention to detail and how they let you customize the diffuser scents, scents on the cooling towels, and even the lighting within the sauna.The sauna was complete with soothing music, towels, and even a robe to change into after your sauna! After my session, I was pleased to find out that the facilities also offered a complimentary shower complete with shower shoes, a scented toilette, and towels so that I could leave feeling refreshed as ever.This felt like a spa day without the huge price tag! Thank you so much again Islay and Christie!

I originally had a mixed experience and left a 3-star review. What impressed me most was that the owner reached out directly and asked if I would give them another opportunity.I went back and had a much better experience this time. The team was friendly and attentive, and I enjoyed trying the compression therapy and brain wellness session.Businesses that listen and care about their customers deserve recognition. I appreciate the effort to make things right and am happy to update my review to 5 stars.

What a Great Facility you have here ! We were greeted & explained how All the different types of services work & chose the Infrared sauna session. Was a Wonderful experience & will definitely be back!USMC combat disabled veteran, I Highly recommend this for recovery ❤️‍🩹 & healing 😎👍🏼☀️

Modern Amenities, Friendly and welcoming staff, everything about this place is wonderful. I had a cold plunge guided experience and enjoyed the overall ambient. The red light therapy is also my favorite. Definitely would recommend and will return ⭐
