When I started this company .. the every first day I loved it .. I love how you get to travel and just meet new clients and new faces, family’s .. and I’m a caring person when it comes to my job I take my job very seriously I love all my residents.. I love what I do. This company is awesome and I am very blessed to be a part of the team.. I love having conversations with the clients getting to know them very well and for them to get to know me. I feel like every time I wake up in the morning I am ready for a new day of work. This job brings so much happiness into my life.. Being a caregiver is a hard job.. Four grown children living out of state are so pleased with the administrative oversight and caring skills of home health aides who have helped out parent transition home from a long rehab facility stint. I especially appreciate the focus on matching personalities and prioritizing continuity of care. This allows Dad to enjoy returning to his home with the encouragement and know how of a team of home health aides. Thanks to the scheduling coordinators, billing department for extremely accurate invoices, and Ann for her experienced and involved perspective!
