Roberto & Richard (assistant) are the best God put on earth to help us with our cooling & heating needs. Roberto's integrity is beyond measures informed me of issues missed by others companies who provided services in the past. On a Friday afternoon Roberto showed called different vendors for an important part cooling system needed wasn't sure he could get until Monday. Late, late on Friday night Roberto called said he got the part! (Praise Jesus) & would fix cooling system on Saturday morning between 7:30 & 8 am. The temperatures outside have been soaring without air conditioning for a few days. I now have "cold air" flowing through the vents. I could not Thank Roberto & Richard enough. I called early on a Monday and left a message. A call back within an hour. Booked a same day apt. I knew I was the last apt of the day. My time came and went so I called and they wanted to come that night. It was late so they made me the first apt. The next morning. Roberto and his tech arrived as promised. They are really knowledgeable and efficient. This is the first company that didn't try to sell me a new unit. Made a repair to the wiring outside and checked my levels. Roberto was informative, professional and friendly. We purchased a new furnace and A/C unit and received a good price. Installation went very well. He was always available to answer our phone calls. He and his crew cleaned up afterwards and left nothing behind. Roberto explained the type of units we were purchasing and how to operate the new thermostat. When we had no heat, he furnished us with space heaters until the day of installation. We are going to have them to maintenance the units to keep them in good working order. I have some Heating and cooling experience. After watching the tech. trouble shoot my heat pump and talking with him, I knew he was the one I wanted to replace my heat pump. He was very knowledgeable and skilled. The company also replaced the heat pump pad, electoral box and all outside electoral wiring. Overall, a great experience. A small snag in some tough-to-acquire parts turned the one-day job into a two-day job, but they were very accommodating given that. They offered to provide space heaters for the night that our HVAC was out and made sure to communicate the plan moving forward. I will say, they were the most timely, but given that that is my only real complaint, I would definitely do business with them again in the future and would highly recommend them. Less

My furnace had to be replaced. Roberto came out on Saturday to evaluate the problem. It was determined I needed a new furnace which he said he would put in on Sunday. In the meantime he brought in oil based portable heaters for overnight (temp was down to 22). Sunday he installed the new unit. He had to come back on Monday bc there was a leak from a pipe in the furnace. It was corrected promptly. I was extremely impressed with his work ethos and communication. I knew what he was doing at all times. I would recommend Roberto and this company most definitely. Less

Roberto and his team, Paco & Diego did an excellent job. I had my AC system replaced with a carrier system. They completed the work professionally and courteously. The carrier I received was a dud though, it decided to clonk out half an hour after the guys left but after I called Roberto, he came back over immediately to diagnosis the issue. Stayed out pretty late doing so a well. After diagnosing a faulty compressor he immediately got me a brand new carrier unit and installed it the next day. Very happy with these guys. They are very friendly and professional, and a pleasure to work with. They were running behind on the day they were scheduled to replace our air conditioner due to the rain. They got to the house around 7:00 pm and worked until they were finished around 10:30. There was an issue with the unit not cooling correctly a few days later so I called them, and they fit us into their schedule, made some adjustments on the unit, and it is now working great. My husband met Roberto at an HVAC supply store yesterday while trying to find parts to repair our AC. Roberto kindly offered him some advice on our broken external unit and then even came to our house the same evening to help solve the issue. After diagnosing the problem the night before, Roberto came to our house the next day with a replacement part and had our unit working again all within 24 hours. He was extremely kind, helpful, and so quick with turn around time. He was dispatched to my house by Choice Home Warranty, and from beginning to end, he handled everything professionally: calling ahead to see if I was available, introducing himself and asking about the issues I was having, talking through exactly what he would be doing and looking for, inviting me to "tag along" as he inspected the different components, explaining the claims process with Choice Home Warranty for replacement of the heating system--including usual timeline and "hidden" costs from the warranty company, etc. Airforce Heating & Cooling has earned my business outside of the home warranty process! My fiancé and I purchased our home in the summer of 2021. It was built in 2001 and the HVAC was original, so it wasn’t too much of a surprise when our heating became inconsistent and often wouldn’t heat up to the temperature set on the thermostat once the weather got very cold. Luckily, we had a 1 year home warranty, and the warranty company enlisted Airforce to come out and take a look. Roberto was very professional and explained the issues so that it was easy to understand. He mentioned that the issues could be repaired, but due to the age of the equipment it would be more cost effective to replace instead, and that he would work with the warranty company on our behalf to make sure they agreed replacement was the best move. After the units were replaced, there was an issue with our smart thermostat not communicating with the new system, so Roberto installed a new thermostat temporarily so that we would have control over the heat. Several days later, he returned to install a new smart thermostat matching our old one at no additional cost. I was very pleased with the entire process, and there was plenty of communication throughout. I highly recommend using Airforce. Less

Roberto did not disappoint. He arrived sooner than promised and resolved my issue same day. Luckily, mine was not anything major that needed to be ordered out for parts, but he added some refrigerant to the compressor and changed the range for aux heat to come on at 2 degrees instead of 3 degrees and so far so good. My heat pump was not working at all unless I switched it to EMERGENCY heat. That is NOT how I wanted to heat my house, very expensive. Roberto was very polite, clean, and professional. It looked like he had all the right tools with him, he was very detailed when servicing my AC. Roberto was a very friendly and caring young man. He came on time and let me know when he was coming. He had to get a part but bypassed the furnace temporarily so I would have heat. He came back the second time with the part. I called him a third time and found out there was another part that went out that needed to be ordered. It did not take him long to find the new problem. He was concerned for me not having heat since I was a senior but I told him I would be okay until the part came in because I had a heater and fireplace. My thermostat went black and in an attempt to save money, I contacted the company that installed my furnace and a/c and asked if any replacement thermostat would work. The technician I spoke with said it would. Ordered one online and of course , it didn’t work. I put out a request for quotes and Roberto responded immediately. We spoke and he gave me a good idea of the cost and his rate. After getting another quote, I called Roberto back and told him it was his job and he said he would pick up the part and be at the house by 9 a.m. He showed up today at 9:00 with the new thermostat and he and another technician (Paco) arrived and explained what they would do and went to work. Unfortunately, it was a bit more complicated as they discovered another part had been shorted out by the previous thermostat. Roberto pinpointed the problem, had the faulty part on the truck, and replaced it. He explained each step of the process, and the a/c seems to be cooling better then ever. I highly recommend Roberto and Paco with Air Force Heating and Cooling. Prompt, knowledgeable, with fair prices, and appreciative of the business. I will use them any time the need arises with my electrical stuff and also will call them regarding my hot water heater, which is showing signs of needing replaced. Less
