I had an excellent experience at prime coating. I had never used the Icon Rocklear product, or any ceramic coating. The pricing at Prime Coating was attractive, and the reviews were very positive so I booked an appointment. I have been quite impressed with the results. Overall, my black paint shows a deeper richness. The coating has also concealed prior blemishes in my clear coat. The car seems to stay cleaner longer. I keep my car outside and wash it by hand every couple weeks. Dirt and droppings seem to wash away more easily than before. Customer service and communication were exceptional. Strong recommend. I took my 2024 Model X to get the Icon Rocklear coating on my car. I have to say that the service has been more than exceptionally wonderful. I worked with Matt to help get everything setup. He was super attentive and helpful in getting this done within the timeframe I needed it done. Prime coatings took such good car of my car, the went above and beyond to make sure that my car was in pristine condition upon pick-up.
