A friend with significant continuing back issues resulting from car crash referred me to Hejny Chiropractic regarding my minor back issue. I received several treatments and problem resolved. I was looking forward to trying this place. I filled out the information and they texted so I called to book an appointment and they informed me they'd have someone call to schedule an initial consultation. I've never received a call back over a week later. So I called to see if I could do it over the phone but again was told they'd have someone call me back to set up my consultation. After a month of waiting to get into this place I'm giving up. It shouldn't be this long or difficult to make an appointment to get in.

Dr. Hejny is amazing and changed my life. My atlas was way out of place when I first saw him and it was the cause of numerous symptoms. My first atlas adjustment told me all I needed to know to keep coming back! That one adjustment alone made all the difference but it did take some time to get me to where I am today; I am thankful I stuck to his program. Thanks Hejny!!!

I highly recommend! I've been seeing Dr. Hejny for many years now, and the difference has been dramatic - better than I ever realized was possible. He's not only helped to reduce and eventually eliminate headaches, ensure proper balance and running posture (reducing knee pain and strain), but I've also noticed a marked improvement in my sensitivity to allergies and overall better health -- including a drastic drop in sinus infections. He is also an all around great person! He genuinely listens to you and your symptoms and works to find the right solutions for each person. He also takes time to explain the science and possible causes while giving tips or exercises that might help strengthen, protect or prevent issues in everyday life. Again, I cannot say enough positive things about Dr. Hejny!!

I've been using chiropractic care for more than 30 years, and I've been to a number of doctors. All have helped relieve pain, but only with Dr. Hejny and the Atlas method have I experienced long-term, lasting relief and wellness. I'm not the type to write glowing reviews about anything except good food, but I really have benefited from seeing Dr. Hejny. I have less back and neck pain, more flexibility and range of motion, and fewer/less severe headaches than I did before. Plus, he's a genuinely caring doctor who explains what's going on and helps you understand how your body is working. The staff is always professional and on the ball. I can't say enough good about Dr. Hejny and his practice.

I’ve had all sorts of pain trying to exercise for years and there is no amount of adjustments or stretching that will fix your pain!! These are bandaids, temporary aid not long lasting solutions. I don’t know how these people get away with calling themselves Doctors.This one in particular has an Atlas adjustment, so ridiculous!You have pain? Move more. Find what muscles are weak and strengthen them. 10yrs later and Im pain free after focusing on strength training for 6months.

In 2008, I had a really bad car accident and ended up with an untreated subluxated atlas and compressed nerves. I would consistently get nerve pain running down the front of my shoulder and at times I couldn't sleep because of it. Dr. Hejny helped me get back to a place in my life where I could sleep again. Where painkillers failed, his scientific approach to my spinal alignment, realistic expectation-setting, and top-notch application of knowledge quite literally healed me to a point where I could start addressing the muscular imbalances I acquired over a ten year period. 10/10 would recommend. This man knows what he is doing.

Dr. Hejny is the smartest doctor I've ever met, hands down.Orthogonal chiropractics is the smartest approach to body alignment I've ever experienced. Think about a swing at a park hanging by 2 chains and the right chain is jacked way at the top, with the links locked. You can't fix it no matter how much you wiggle or pull on the chain and the seat hangs stubbornly crooked.As a massage/shiatsu therapist I can see the misalignment in people's bodies, just like the aforementioned swing. I can massage them as thoroughly and adeptly as I can but if the top of their "chain", which is C1/atlas, is locked up and crooked there's nothing I can do to fix them for any length of time. Nor can the average chiropractor as it cannot be reached or accessed with any accuracy. Unless they have an Orthogonal machine and the additional education as Dr. Hejny has. It's brilliant in it's accuracy and simplicity. No more having your head wrenched in order to crack your neck. I'd say that is now archaic...or should be.The problem with not having your atlas in alignment becomes exponentially greater with every passing year. For some it's migraine headaches, neck pain, shoulder pain...well, all the way down the "chain", right to your feet. For many others it leads to things like back surgeries because of herniated discs due to compression, hip and knee surgeries because the misaligned body is loading harder on one side than the other, damaging discs and joints due to uneven wear. Did I mention pain? Lots and lots of body pain. I see it every day in so many ways and I know much of it is completely avoidable with the proper treatment.Ever increasing body pain was slowly becoming my reality as a 55 year old woman. I've seen chiropractors all my life and it's always helped some but when I found Dr. Hejny it was a total game changer. I had no idea I even had a spinal issue until I met and received treatment from him. As soon as my crooked C1 was painlessly realigned my Morton's Neuroma pain was immediately solved. My psoas stopped spasming. My knee pain disappeared. My back injury stopped plaguing me and even the hearing in my right ear returned! Whoa! Who knew my head was so tilted?! Dr. Hejny did as soon as he looked at me. If I wasn't a body worker and a total anatomy geek I'd say it was miraculous because that is exactly how it feels.I've sent many of my massage clients to Dr. Hejny over the past year and they are as grateful to have had their lives changed and quality of life improved as I am. Dr. Hejny is not only incredibly well educated and knowledgeable but he is deeply passionate about the fact that he is bringing hope and change to people who've lost hope and felt that pain was their lot, even those who've been to many other kinds of doctors to no avail. This place is seriously the best. For 10+ years I have been looking for this place. I've gone to all types of chiropractors who give different types of care. Dr. Hejny is the best. I legitimately get excited when I know I get to go to an appointment. I used to get horrible headaches and my lower back was always tight and my hips always felt uneven. Conventional chiropractors, chiropractors who use TRT, massage therapists, nothing worked long term. Literally one adjustment I felt better. The next day I felt like a new person. It was so encouraging and Dr. Hejny and the staff seemed to sincerely share my excitement over feeling better. Over the years I've learned how to listen to my body and what it's trying to tell me. I would know what it wanted but didn't have the chiropractor to do it. Dr. Hejny basically takes all my favorite things and combines them into a perfect adjustment. I always feel better leaving the office. I have found what I have been looking for in chiropractic care and have no interest is going anywhere else. :-)

Dr. Hejny gave me my life back! I had seem several chiropractors prior to meeting Dr. Hejny who only made me worse. I am a hairstylist dealing with severe neck and back pain along with numb fingers. I am in my mid-40's and have been to various chiropractors since I was about 10 years old. I was 99% skeptical that Dr. Hejny could actually make a difference for me. I went to quality chiropractors over the last 30 years, but even right before coming to Dr. Hejny, I would go 2-3 times per week. Once in a while I could go 1x per week. It was always my atlas (C1 Vertebrae) and other chronic neck and upper back pain. I have been in chronic pain my entire life. Dr. Hejny started adjusting me in September 2019 and my pain is almost 100% gone. My atlas now stays in place! I still have some muscle tension, but I am getting adjustments only twice a month and I am about to drop to just 1x per month! The Atlas Orthogonal method that he uses is NOT typical run of the mill chiropractic. It's a miraculous method that doesn't leave you in pain and it actually works. NO CRACKING!! NO PAIN!! Thank you to Dr. Hejny and the entire staff!! I cannot wait to get the rest of my family fixed by him!

I've been to many chiropractors and while some have been helpful, I've found that Dr.Hejny has treated the underlying causes rather than the symptoms I go to the chiropractor for and I have so much more pain relief! No "cracking" which has caused me pain at other chiropractors. The best story i have...My plantar fasciitis was a problem for 2 years and tried all of the recommended treatments by both medical and chiropractic practitioners, but Dr. Hejny made the difference! Amazing.
