Jay is wonderful and knowledgeable about lawn care. We first moved into our home last year, 2023. The lawn looked awful!! We decided to hire professionals this year that was separate from our landscaper that mows our lawn. To start, we signed up for the “Magic Sauce” contract with Jay. He looked at our Rainbird irrigation system, made adjustments based on his expertise, provided watering recommendations and proper timing, our lawn looks wonderful and evenly green this year. It’s not perfect because we have 4 types of grasses in many different spots that eventually we will need to have all removed and reseeded. But that’s our problem that has nothing to do with Jay. It’s a very common problem with lawns. For what we have now, this program has been great for us and we’re really happy we decided to invest in it.
