Patriot Transport inc, and affiliate Expeditor Systems inc DOT# 1916472 are as dishonest as they come. In August 2025 one of their drivers backed into our truck at a truck stop causing damage to our 2024 Freightliner. We completed the claims process and everything was worked out for a total payment of $2,372.22. They sent us a check on 10/10/25 to cover the damages and we deposited the check, only to have the check returned as Forged Breach. The bank would not honor it. I contacted Iryna Berketa and who assured me it would be resolved. After many attempts to get this resolved I'm not getting any answers. Here we are 12/1/25, not answering my calls or returning my emails to make it right. Unfortunately I have no choice but to turn this over the authorities because writing back checks is bad business. Maybe the police will have better luck getting an answer!

Been following up with them on a year old invoice. Made multiple requests for payment since the load was delivered. They give you the run around, put you on hold hang up on you, etc.

I worked for the guy who does the training there and I get to Indianapolis and steer tire unraveled and caused a def leak. I no longer worked there anymore after that. Wonder why? 🤔

They require a sleeping team driver to wake up and come inside; to wait for hours in front of the window, that no one will acknowledge you. Just so they can take a picture of your license. Which; if you log legally, messes up your 10-hour break. When I told them this, the boss said, "If you don't like it, you can leave without your load."

ON 1/11 CARRIER ATTEMPTED TO DELV A REFRIGERATED FOOD GRADE LOAD TO A CONS WITH A BROKEN SEAL, PIECED TOGETHER BY PAPERCLIPS, LOAD WAS REJECTED FOR FOOD SAFETY REASONS. CARRIER EMAILED OUR CUSTOMER TO TO COERCE THEM INTO UNLOADING THE PRODUCT WITHOUT OUR KNOWLEDGE. CARRIER THEN THREATENED TO "DUMP THE PRODUCT AT A RANDOM WAREHOUSE". CARRIER REFUSES TO ACCEPT RESPONSIBILITY AND HAS ATTEMPTED TO FILE ON OUR BOND, EVEN THOUGH IT COST US SIGNIFICANTLY TO RE-CERTIFY AND RE-DELIVER THE FREIGHT.

One of their drivers almost ran me off the road not once but three times. And by looking at the other reviews it would appear they clearly don’t screen employees before hiring or care how they act on the road.
