It's a semi-truck warehouse or air ride box truck....no ramps ....you just have to be true dock high.....people are friendly ...but it's very busy ...so waiting time sometimes is more than 2 ..3 hours

Double broker loads, OWNER OPERATORS BEWARE

Called on a load. Unprofessional, rude. Guy on phone couldn't speak English well on the phone. If o/o I'd be worried about booking a load with them and not getting paid. They posted a load for 1700.00 on DAT. When I called the dude said 550.00. When asked why the double posting he slammed the phone in my ear. OWNER OPERATORS STAY AWAY FROM THESE GUYS....THEY ARE SKETCHY AND SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN!!

I got a delivery here, 1 pallet, in and out about 20min

Arrived around 5:30pm. Very tight and busy place. Got in a door and unloaded in 30 minutes. No complaints

Really unprofessional And not respect for carrier, drove 128 mile to pick the load to found out, they need a 48ft trailer when broker told me need 40ft I ask broker for TONU( no answer) I ask broker Dylan to many time about TONU. Trucks don’t run with water. Is ridiculous the I use time and my diesel to give a service to this company and don’t have the decent to pay a least for the TONU..

Patriot was contacted by our broker and made aware of the situation. Patriot's response was to halt the shipment and demand that we pick it up at their location, which was not being stored less than 40 F like they were supposed to. Clearly Patriot operations thinks they can take temp control shipments without any intent to meet the agreement. Zero concern for the safety of the product! Once we caught them red handed - they responded in the worst way possible. They agreed via the broker to move the pallet in a temp range we specified for $1300.00 ALL IN. Now we are having to pay $6000.00 for a dedicated truck. At this point we don't even know if the shipment is salvageable. These guys are total frauds. Less

I did have a delivery for this company last night and what do you think I saw there , a lot of employees who doesn’t speak English, and then, they are so rude they have inadequate attitude for this business!

Tried to call about driver position, dialed 6. Office employee (woman) was very rood and spoke disrespectfully, then hung up.

They were a great company until I said yes I would use them and signed a contract. After that the employees were rude and when I called the questions they acted like I was inconveniencing them. I asked him why And he said they don’t come out on my route very often and we were lucky that he was coming out to get the car I live in St. Louis Missouri a large city I don’t see how we were off from their path of picking up my car and if we were they should’ve told us in the first place. Tractor 801 made an illegal lane shift without signal and then stopped in the middle of 2 lanes on a major hwy in Indiana and almost caused a major accident then failed to move when the light turned green and when they finally moved they made another illegal lane shift. Your drivers need better training.

Rasizm, and abuse drivers, for driving over lock book ,all Dispecher not normal speaking, counts PC mile short, non practical,which is 200 ml unpaid per 3-4 weeks

I was here a few times for delivery perfect unloading time every time... Last time I arrived 8:00pm 30 min and I was empty.. appointment was for next day morning.

Our company used Patriot Transportation to have a 5th wheel moved and I can not say better things about them! They went above and beyond the call for us and made sure that it was at it's location promptly. I would recommend them every time. They were professional, helpful, and very reasonably priced.

Worst shipper ever seen. They loaded my trailer with double stack scrap metal. Pallets were weak and many of them even broken. When i refused to haul this load because it would fall down at first traffic light they refused to unload my trailer and i was told to get out of property. Rude people. Wouldn't recommend.
