Been following up with them on a year old invoice. Made multiple requests for payment since the load was delivered. They give you the run around, put you on hold hang up on you, etc.

I worked for the guy who does the training there and I get to Indianapolis and steer tire unraveled and caused a def leak. I no longer worked there anymore after that. Wonder why? 🤔

If you want to be scammed and treated like garbage, come to Patriot Transport, they don't pay their drivers, office staff or mechanics on time, they only know how to tell lies and make you work without getting paid. Don't come here, I recommended it before but now it's a scam to work for them.

One of their drivers almost ran me off the road not once but three times. And by looking at the other reviews it would appear they clearly don’t screen employees before hiring or care how they act on the road.

This company has got to have the rudest drivers. As an employee , I was pulling into a VA hospital facility parking lot and the driver just pulls his truck into both lanes to make a turn , while I was stuck . Then he refuses to back up putting me at risk of getting hit by oncoming traffic. This happened 10/31 at 1150 am.

Called on a load. Unprofessional, rude. Guy on phone couldn't speak English well on the phone. If o/o I'd be worried about booking a load with them and not getting paid. They posted a load for 1700.00 on DAT. When I called the dude said 550.00. When asked why the double posting he slammed the phone in my ear. OWNER OPERATORS STAY AWAY FROM THESE GUYS....THEY ARE SKETCHY AND SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN!!

Trucks don’t run with water. Is ridiculous the I use time and my diesel to give a service to this company and don’t have the decent to pay a least for the TONU..

Patriot's response was to halt the shipment and demand that we pick it up at their location, which was not being stored less than 40 F like they were supposed to. Clearly Patriot operations thinks they can take temp control shipments without any intent to meet the agreement. Zero concern for the safety of the product! Once we caught them red handed - they responded in the worst way possible. They agreed via the broker to move the pallet in a temp range we specified for $1300.00 ALL IN. Now we are having to pay $6000.00 for a dedicated truck. At this point we don't even know if the shipment is salvageable. These guys are total frauds. Less

Tractor 801 made an illegal lane shift without signal and then stopped in the middle of 2 lanes on a major hwy in Indiana and almost caused a major accident then failed to move when the light turned green and when they finally moved they made another illegal lane shift. Your drivers need better training.

Rasizm, and abuse drivers, for driving over lock book ,all Dispecher not normal speaking, counts PC mile short, non practical,which is 200 ml unpaid per 3-4 weeks

Our company used Patriot Transportation to have a 5th wheel moved and I can not say better things about them! Worst shipper ever seen. They loaded my trailer with double stack scrap metal. Pallets were weak and many of them even broken. When i refused to haul this load because it would fall down at first traffic light they refused to unload my trailer and i was told to get out of property. Rude people. Wouldn't recommend.
