They included all the best products like HT high temperature underlayment, bird stops, drip rail, galvanized valleys, and weather stop. The other bids I had were a little less but did not include HT!

We had a great experience with Acclaimed Roofing after we noticed a leak in our roof following some storms. They were quick and efficient. The communication was excellent. We had solar panels that needed to be removed, and they were at the house just as the final panels were being removed so they could get started as soon as possible. Honestly the only critique was that we found quite a few nails scattered throughout the yard afterwards that took us maybe 20-30 minutes to pick up, but I’m guessing that’s an issue with most roof replacements.

My flat roofs were repaired by Acclaimed costing 16000 dollars. From the beginning, laziness seemed to be rampant from not keeping me informed to overspray on my patio, on my patio furniture, on my bbq and who knows what's on my roof. I'm 70 yo and do not feel safe climbing up there to check. Antonio a supervisor was pleasant and attempted to mitigate my concerns. Sadly power washing only minimally cleaned my patio. The cushions are damaged permanently. He gave me 200 dollars off my bill. Not enough. Won't use them again.

I had storm damage to my roof and called several companies out to see my roof. Acclaimed was by far the most knowledgeable and the price was very fair. We had our built-up roofing done several years ago by a different roofing company, and every time it rained it leaked. In our living room, in our bedroom, and in our garage. Every time we called that company they sent someone out and supposedly fixed the leak. This happened over the course of several years. The leaks were never repaired. We were worried about the upcoming monsoon season this year and decided to call Acclaimed roofing. Gentleman named Michael came out, walked the roof, and told us of all the deficiencies that he saw. He read through the contract of the original roofer, and found that the work was not fully performed according to the contract. Such as incorrect materials applied and even some materials not even applied at all. Michael explained to us exactly what needed to be done to repair the deficiencies. Michael’s crew came out soon thereafter and repaired all of the deficiencies caused by the original roofer. It had rained several times since then, and no leaks! Original roofer denied any wrongdoing unfortunately. Don’t pick the wrong company. We highly recommend Acclaimed roofing. Professional, timely, responsive, and obviously the great work. Thank you Michael and your crew.
