Just a shout out to Jimmy Pipes Plumbing! They were extremely responsive in taking care of my leaking hot water tank. I called on a Monday afternoon and everything was fixed by Tuesday morning. They were able to accommodate my daughter’s work schedule and were extremely flexible. I have not experienced customer service at this level in a very long time. I am so impressed with their professionalism, work ethic, flexibility, knowledge of plumbing problems , and ability to address the issue, The leak is resolved and Jimmy Pipes Plumbing has a customer for life! I highly recommend them for any plumbing needs!! In fact, I am going to return to their website to see what other services they offer and will use them for any other services within their expertise. False prices. Unnecessary service performed. Make sure you get everything on paperwork before any work begins Prior to using these guys I was told by a different plumber who put a camera down my pipes tell me where my pipe had collapsed, plumber was not equipped to handle such a big job told me to call a bigger company to fix/replace line. Based on reviews I call jimmy plumbing explain I need a camera down there and cost to fix. When arrived They immediately start to bad mouth prior plumbers and tell me my main sewer line is clogged not a broken pipe. I tell them I called for a video inspection not to have sewer line cleaned out this is the third time this month I have cleaned out sewer line. They assure me it is not a broken pipe and cleared the sewer line. some how the price I was quoted doubled even though they opted not to use a camera . Well few days later my tenant bathroom Is backed up again. I called for a refund he refused claiming his camera cost $20,000 it’s not wise for him to just use it whenever necessary. Completely confused I asked why advertise the service if you can not provide it. They send the same plumbers back out camera my pipe only to find a collapse pipe. The owner never reached out to apologize or offer some type of refund. Please do yourself a favor and check prices with surrounding companies before dealing with this company. Less
